TODAY MY 3YR OLD DAUGHTER WAS PICKED UP WITH ANOTHER KID POOP AND URINE ON HER! FELICIA ANDFAULTRY ARE SOME LAZY BLACK UNEDUCATED WOMEN! THEY HIRE ANYBODY TO CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN! THEY FACILITY IS NOT CLEAN AND SMELL AWFUL! I HATE MY DAUGHTER HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS AT AN EARLY AGE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO TAKE THEIR CHILD(REN) TO THIS HELL HOLE PLACE. HOW YOU SEND SOMEONE CHILD HOME WITH SOME OTHER KID SHIT ALL OVER THEM? THE SO CALL TEACHERS HATE THEY JOB AND THE DIRECTOR HATES KIDS AND QUESS WHAT...... THE KIDS HATE HER TOO! IT WAS ANOTHER INCIDENT WHERE THE TEACHER HAD PUSH MY DAUGHTER AND MADE HER SPILL HER MILK ALSO. I WANTED TO REMOVE MY CHILD THEN BUT I JUST MADE AN COMPLAINT AND KEEP CLOSE EYES ON THEM BUT NOW THEY HAVE CROSS THE DAMN LINE WITH POOP ALL OVER MY DAUGHTER. THIS IS AN UNORGANIZED DUMP! NO RESPECT FOR THESE PEOPLE AT ALL! ITS SAD BECAUSE ME AS A BLACK INDIVIDUAL TRY TO PATRONIZING BLACK OWN BUSINESSES BUT IN CASES LIKE THIS YOU BECOME DISGUSTED. :(
My son went to this school for 4 years an was held back by them in kindergarten, last year in third grade they told me my son was unable to keep up anymore, an I was advised to take him to a psychiatrist recommended by them so they would be able to help him , once the diagnosis was found the school turned there back on my son an said they were no longer able to help him , not to mention the cost it cost me for the diagnosis , an the sacrifice of paying out tuition as well, to make a long story short be careful were you take your children an trust others with there little lives , even though I'm a firm believer that God don't make mistakes for your faith, an that this is probably a blessing in disguise , I feel they failed my son an my family in more ways then one.
Great Daycare the bad reviews are so not true! The turnover rate for teachers is completely false! My child has been there since she was an infant and is now 10 years old and there are still the same teachers there.
An incredibly good, honest car repair shop. I had the best customer service and the people were so helpful. I will only go here from now on and I can't recommend this place highly enough! I wish I could give more than five stars.
Had such a horrible experience. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. The teachers are sweethearts the problem is the Owner, Olivia, and the 3 year old teacher, Reyna. The owner Olivia smokes right outside the daycare and comes back inside smelling like cigarettes. Not only that I was told she left my daughter in the restroom with the lights cut off and the door shut my daughter is 18 months so she can't talk but left her crying for almost 30 min. My other daughter is 3 1/2 and her teacher is Mrs.Reyna and my daughter has complained multiple times about her screaming at her and other kids. Once when I was dropping off my daughter I also heard her screaming at a kid telling them to sit down. I've already reported all incidents which from my understanding, its not the first. Also from what I know the police have been called to the facility multiple times. The camaras in the daycare DO NOT work when asked to get the camaras reviewed bc an incident was reported against Olivia (THE OWNER) she said that her camaras aren't recording its just live.
We were looking for a Christian school with strong academics and unfortunately we should have done much more research. Here are the list of things you should know that is not stated anywhere on their website that we had to find out the hard way:-This is a family run business owned by Herc Palmquist (do a Google search in order to verify all information I am providing). The Principal, Beckie Soliz, is the daughter of the Palmquist's. This is important b/c if a major problem happens like it did for us, you only have Beckie Soliz to speak with about it. Everyone who works at the school is either related to the Palmquist family or are very close friends. There is not a school board posted on their website like other private schools. We were told there was a board but were never allowed to speak with anyone except Beckie Soliz and a new person named John Trevino who is introduced as a second "Principal". The problem is, Mr. Trevino works for the family so you are back to square one because he reports directly to the daughter/Principal. To summarize, this doesn't provide a checks and balances system when you have a family owned school. Your only choice will be, pull your child out of the school and keep paying tuition for a school your child doesn't attend.-Academics are way behind. We were told by the Principal that the real "bread and butter" of this school is the 2-4 year old PreK and the International students they get from African missionary programs. This has to be why the academics are so behind in comparison to other private school curriculum.-Accreditation-It states on their website and brochure they are accredited by 2 different organizations academically. When we tried to report our issues with the school to these organizations, we were told Texas Christian School is not listed as an academically accredited school with them.In summary, if you are related or friends of someone at the school, this might work for you. If not, be very careful.
If you are thinking of putting your child look elsewhere. They mistreat children and delete the security footage. The director De Ana Escamilla did nothing about the rough way her employee Tatyana grabs the kids and refused to give the owner's information. The state is currently investigating them.
When i came a cross this daycare I liked mostly because it is really clean and i loved the educational program that being said there are more then few things that i don't like this place extremely understaffed wich makes them extremely short tempered with the kids and not once older children ( from after school )" helped" with the little once or were placed with them since there was no teacher for them.If your child was injured during the day you will be lucky if you fear about it at the end of the day in the last 2 month my little one had 3 injures and one of them required doctor visit since he had foreign object in his nose. when i picked him up she just mentioned to me that he was crying earlier and saying there is something in his nose but "she dont think so " ( injury that made by other child and i am not sure how caregiver could miss this one ) . All the incidents was reported to me only at the end of the day when i picked him up and only because it was the first ting my son tell me when he came to me from his class
The principal and his team do not care about the staff or the students. The principal does nothing to address conflict and only cares about his personal image on news/media. He bullies his teachers and likes to be controlling. Everything is micromanaged at this school, and the kids see it all! The work environment is hostile, and all the teachers are on survival mode. The turnover rate is so high, and the principal drives away every effective teacher. As a former teacher here, please do not work here as a teacher, and please do not send your child here. Your child will not be prepared for the upper grade levels as the principal just wants to run the school like it's a daycare and let students play all day.
