Very good tea. I tried the milk green tea and the coffee milk tea and they were both very good. The machine that seals the cups was broken during my visit, but the employees fixed it quickly and were very fast in getting out drinks out.
I have been going there for at least 10 years, and it has always impressed me. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The food is top notch. My favorite dish there is the lemon chicken. I have been to several Chinese restaurants and never had lemon chicken as good as this!
142. Chin Tao Chinese
As of May 2009, I definitely recommend Chin Tao (corner of Jones and Grant behind the McDonalds and the gas station). We have been going there for a dozen years. From the beginning they have remembered us and have always been especially sweet to our children. Things changed after they re-mode…
144. Fung's Kitchen
Fung's Kitchen is amazing. I first came here in a group of about 8 people, we got probably 5 meals and just shared, it was incredible. Everyone has plenty to eat as the plate sizes are fairly large and the food is so good! As soon as you think you've tasted the best Chinese food ever you tast…
149. Dynasty Cafe
Their food is good, tastes authentic, pretty good price. awesome sweet and sour chicken, aweme dumplings, eggrolls okay.... good overall, It's about 20 min. from where I live, and it's worth every mile!
150. Rice Kitchen
Although the restaurant could use some innovation, and they might need more waiters, but the food there I think is great. My friend and I hang out over there every weekend, and i brought my girlfriend there too, and she thought it was great. The thing is stick with the known dishes. I try new th…
Some of the best milk tea in Houston! Kung fu tea stands out for their unique creamy taste. The tapioca is slightly sweetened to add a little something extra. They have an extensive menu with a variety of flavors and drink types. My favorite is the coffee milk tea. You can modify your drink sweetness to less (75%), half (50%), or little (25%). Their coffee milk tea is my favorite!
really love this place and the service has been great. the mango snow cream with condensed milk and mango jelly is amazing, lychee punch with lychee jelly is delicious as well
Kung Fu is one of my top spots to get bubble tea! The Kung Fu milk tea, flavored teas, and slushies are really good - but the star of the show is the rose water soaked boba. It's so subtle but absolutely delicious, making this one of my favorite spots.
Hella dank tea. I'm a milky tea kind of person so I really love Kung fu tea. Decoration looks very nice they make good use of space. I ordered the king fu green milk tea and I'm certain I will return to get more Kung fu tea for sure.
The store looks pretty chill, a lot of students study there and hang out. Smells like a boba shop right when you walk in. I really like their oolong milk tea, honey green tea, red bean wow (i think thats the name), and matcha red bean :)
I walked into the Lucky Village restaurant and was showed to my seat by host. He took my drink order and I went to the buffet. On my way back he met me and said my table had been moved by a waitress name Daisy. Daisy literally move me out of her section. Supposedly, Daisy had some beef with me from months ago when I last ate here and has still been harboring some resentment, all this time. How unprofessional to draw that negative kind of attention to a restaurant patron. Never eat here, the food is not that great, the staff is rude and the manager is basically lackadaisical about it all. Obviously,I'm checking this one off the list. I think Daisy ought to be fired; she's rude, unprofessional, discourteous, has personal vendettas, harbors resentments does not have the slightest understanding of customer service and apparently do not like people of certain races. Again, I think she should be fired! The service here stinks! Daisy's attitude stinks and does not bode well for the restaurant. Never eating here again and neither should you.
Kung Fu Tea is like my second home. I live and breathe Kung Fu Tea and im such a regular customer that i know every employee and they know me. Ask me anything kung fu related, and i'll know it!!
Delicious milk tea! I stopped by this place after lunch at the Sichuan place in the same plaza in hope of the sweet icy drink can wash down the spiciness. I was not disappointed. The Kung Fu Tea's interior was clean and there was a long line around 2 pm on Sunday. There were also a lot of teenagers hanging out in the store - in contrary to more family oriented "You know where" store across the plaza. The line moved pretty quickly and we ordered regular Kung Fu Milk tea. I was sold in the first sip - the tea was rich and came with subtle tea flavor. And their tapioca was so good! I've tried so many tapioca places in the Chinatown, most of them came out as uncooked/hard/too soft to chew. So I lowered my expectation, but the tapioca from the Kung Fu Tea place I ordered were cooked well, chewy, and sweet at the same time.
Kung Fu Tea has quickly become one of my favorite boba spots in Houston. Though their cup sizes are slightly smaller and at a higher price than other locations, I just enjoy the taste much more. You can actually taste the flavor of your tea (wow, shocker) in your milk tea. It isn't overpowered by cream or sugar syrup. Also, the boba has a nice subtle sweetness to them! My go-to drink is the golden oolong tea/milk tea, depending on my mood.As for service, I've personally never had any problems with the employees here. They have always treated me nicely.
