Do yourself a favor and go to another location! Rude unhelpful people work here and I won’t be surprised if they go out of business soon.
Acme is experienced in the brick business, but their display and merchandising needs to be ramped up considerably. For example, I asked how much to install the brick. ""I don't know. We don't do that."" Is this your business or not? You don't even have a RANGE of prices? How can a consumer …

I would NOT recommend this company ever. I'm having my floors redone and you should see the sloppy job that was underneath the tile they laid down. Unbelievable. We were out of town when this job was down. We put tile and carpet down. Was not happy with the carpet cause the seams were really sho…
This owner is indeed a BIG crook, he cheated many rug dealers too. the 1st review is much justified. i'm told by a rug dealer he will ruin someones business as he does not like to see someone doing well, as he has ties with the insurance companies, which he lies to get money from them too.

I'm very pleased with the job. I finally decided to replace the filthy carpet with hardwood floor. Also I put new tiles in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The cleaning is much easier, and the house is much more beautiful. This is a family owned business located in the Vietnamese town, Bellaire ne…
If you have any problems with your tile installation do not expect them to fix it. Unfortunately they were the tile company used by our builder in our new house which was finished over 2 years ago. At the time the tile installations seemed fine and we even gave them a job at our old house. After moving in we started having problems with tiles in an outdoor terrace, contacted Mo several times, did not do anything and then he got sick. After that he came out a few more times never taking responsibility, not doing anything to fix it, and would always make excuses. In November he came out, said we needed to take up a bigger section and I needed to get 6 boxes of tiles which I did. He came in December to do it, had no grout or anything needed to put the tiles back and only took up 2 tiles which he could have done in November, so having me go out and buy 6 boxes was just another way to delay fixing it. He claims he had a health issue and can not come back because he can not drive, but his son drives him around to get new jobs and he could have come out and told his guys what to do, but has made it clear that he will not take care of the issue. If you call him to give him a new job I assure you he will be there...don’t expect the same if you have a problem. He also did not seal properly the tile floors in 4 showers and we had to pay someone else to fix it because again he would not come out and take care of the problem. They also don’t carry insurance. I100% recommend that you use a different tile company there are so many good ones that will stand by their work, don’t use this one.
Where should I start?? I'm horrified with the experience that I don't even want to think about it. In short - was promised their crew will be there but no show or they show up late afternoon and work few hours and call it a day. Worst yet, they will bring people that doesn't even know how to do the job?? The crew complaint that they were treated badly and didn't get paid????? Got upset with their game and so cancelled the contract half way and paid for what was (partially) done. Find a reputable company. Don't fall for the - "ooh, he is so nice and friendly. The office gal was helpful." You may regret it because I certainly did!
Very bad experience, and to have the temperament to get cheated is as the saying goes one needs to learn from their mistakes.
Great experience from start to finish. Shane supervised the project and kept us thoroughly informed. Skilled craftsmen operating efficiently. Moved furniture carefully and left house in order and clean. Provided follow up and responded quickly to any questions after project completion. Just as attentive post sale as pre-sale. Strongly recommend Shane as a primary contact.
High quality materials at wholesale prices. Highly recommended. Material only or materials and labor. Awesome!!
The staff there are so awsome and kind! Helped me with everything I needed done! Thank you! They were a big help!
I would NOT recommend this company ever. I'm having my floors redone and you should see the sloppy job that was underneath the tile they laid down. Unbelievable. We were out of town when this job was down. We put tile and carpet down. Was not happy with the carpet cause the seams were really showing. Called out the salesperson who also is my neighbor and he said the seams would lay down. Well guess what. 15 years later and they never did. Sloppy job in the bathroom. Shoe molding never put back on. I took a picture of the floor under the tile it was so bad. Now we are overseeing the new job and what should have been done the first time. Buyer beware
The saying is very true, you get what you pay for! I felt I could find the flooring and the installation cheaper, but I decided that sometimes quality is going to count no matter the cost. I did not even price shop. I had seen the previous work in the home and just had them do the same flooring in the bedrooms. And being a somewhat pushy customer "oh I need it yesterday!" They worked with my closing schedule and got in and got the floors done! I had movers and floor installers working around each other! Customer service is top notch, product and installation is amazing! There is no question where I will buy my floors from!
Roberts Carpet in Webster was the worst business experience I have every had! They are very unprofessional. The sales person forged my name on the contract and did not complete it correctly resulting in my materials not being ordered and my installation date not being confirmed not once but twice. She disregarded her manager's instructions to contact me to correct the paperwork. She kept reassuring me everything was on schedule and I would have my floors installed. I have had to reschedule furniture delivery twice and charged a fee. When the management and their corporate office finally got involved their answer to rectifying the situation was to give me $350 off the job. All I wanted was my $100 reimbursement for rescheduling of my delivery charges. Their most sincere apology but they can not reimburse me. Fortunately, I have a friend who is an interior designer and was able to help me with her flooring contacts. They are going above and beyond to have my floors installed this weekend so I will have furniture for my guest for the holidays. Thank you All Star Flooring and no thank you, Roberts Carpet! P.S. It is making me give a star rating to complete this review...they really don't even deserve one star!
