Paid for an executive wash for the second time, and they never wash my car completely. Inside is always dirty. This time there was still dirt left on my car, and they cracked my windshield. No, the crack was not there before. They have horrible customer service, and I will not be back. He accused me of cracking my own windshield! Really? From the coffee shop next door? What motive do I have of cracking my own windshield? You will be paying for my windshield one way or the other. They have also accused me of being racist when they themselves are in fact racist. So it is Ok for your Mexican (yes, Mexican) workers to call me a white b**** but let us just focus on the fact that I fired back at them. No thanks. No accountability, no responsibility. I am offended, too! I am offended that you are so offended where you need to call me from a private number and bot reveal yourself. I am also OFFENDED that you broke my windshield and will not repair it. How offensive! Where is my safe place? Please keep in mind that a MANAGER from this business has chosen to call me from a private number multiple times in a row and heavily breathe into my phone while I am at work. No apology for my windshield. No accountability. This is how they do business.

114. Mister Car Wash
I love this car wash, but I do find myself having to point out the places they did not clean well.\r \r It has a great boutique if you need to buy gifts for a coworker, teacher, or child. Sometimes, they have sales.\r \r They have ruined my floor mat attachments and lost my antennae once (they …
Nice place but need to better control the people who either can't read or don't care about the "No Loud Music" sign posted. That behavior makes people not want to vacuum out their vehicles and scares off decent people. Get a back bone or call the cops!
I had a very good experience at this car wash to clean my car they took their time they did an excellent job I was very satisfied with the services they were very friendly very nice stuff I enjoyed this car wash
I took my well-maintained car into them for an oil change and car wash. I had an oil change and some other standard maintenance work done. However, we realized after driving to Austin for the weekend that we were leaking oil like crazy. We added two quarts before we headed home. Took it back into MCW and they said they figured out what was wrong and replaced the oil plug. Still leaked though so took it to our mechanic and found out MCW had stripped the oil pan so severely that it couldn't be repaired. Had to be replaced for $499.16. I'm out about $565 for this horrible experience for which they accept no responsibility because "no one remembers that happening". Right!
I took my flooded car to this location, even though the car wash it self had lots damage due to the hurricane, they took care of me and cleaned my car and sent me home happy!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST car wash experience I have ever had. They put scratches on the hood of my car. Kyle came up there and told them that they scratches were NOT there prior, and to prove it, they were in a circular motion. They also broke my license plate cover on the front bumper. The manager had ZERO customer relation savyy. All he said was "we didn't do it". No offer to buff it out, which would have been a very easy solution. I hope the corporate office sees my review, and my negative post on Facebook. DON'T GO TO THIS CARWASH!!!!!!!!!
First off I'd like to say I've been a regular patron here for over 4 years! I have them wash every 2 weeks and hand wax each month! After the way I was treated on my last visit, they have officially lost my business!!I don't just trust my BMW's to anyone. The workers here put a 5" scratch into my brand new black BMW M4 trunk lid. The old Korean owner blamed the scratch on me.He did not offer even a refund for the cheap $17 wash even though I spend at least $67 here each month for the past 4 years! That's over $800 a year! The scratch was caused by the dirt/grit accumulated from reusing the same drying towels car after car. Even though they use a chamois they also use cheap microfiber towels on your paint. Not every car is washed clean and dirt/grit WILL accumulate in any cloth as cars are dried!!The scratch could have been removed with a little machine buffing by a professional, but owner failed to take responsibility for his employees. Instead he lectured me and literally stormed off without even listening to what I had to say. This owner takes his customers for granted. Do not let him take advantage of you!His son owns Prestige Hand Car Wash on Blalock/I-10. I used to frequent his establishment as well. However the father's poor business ethics and lack of integrity has ruined my trust in their entire family. I will never come back!
Have been to this location many, many times. Always receive full attention from the manager and from the staff, especially the detailers who dry my car and detail the tires. Efficient, fast, friendly service delivered with a smile. Great experience.
Really?! Just "got off" the phone with the manager who answered my call, the one located on Shepherd. Although I was very polite, the guy just literally hung up on me. Rude way of doing business.I was just trying to understand why the business was closed during opening hours which lead to me to go three times to redeem a voucher. The three times, the business was closed. The "manager" explained that they were sometimes closing earlier on rainy days (which was not in my case) but that there was always someone to answer the phone or in the office to open the door if someone was showing up (which didn't happen). Running out of argument, he just decided to hung up on me.Never again buying something from them. Will speak the worst (the truth) about them and make sure that all my friends know who they would be dealing with if they decided to go anyways.
I get my car washed here weekly and these guys are nice, professional, and very friendly. they also let me bring my dog inside wich is nice because it is right next door to where i get my dog groomed.
Pet friendly. Kid friendly. Staff is customer oriented and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service they provided.
