It was nice to get a call form David Bagby in regards to the Taurus SHO, I built online @ 2am in the morning. What's interesting is, I didn't expect to hear form anyone until Monday, but today is Saturday. I explained to him that I have very high expectations of after the sale services and the reason for this is do to the fact I own very high end car such as the Audi A8L and the a Lexus LS460 and these car dealer have raised the bar for every other car dealer when it come to service. Grant it the SHO isn't a 65,000.00 Audi A8L but it is a suggested retail of $43,000 when I finish the spec. further more I'm spending my money. Years back I bought a car from Tommy Vaughn Ford and I had no problem with them at all. I called about a coolant leak I had one Monday and schedule to bring the car in later that day, which I did. Tuesday I got a call and the service adviser gave me the information as to what the technician had found (grant it he had no idea I was a Automotive Tech also) and I had already checked to see what was leaking. However he told me the lower radiator hose was bad and they would replace both upper and lower hoses and the thermostat as well a flush the coolant system as preventative maintenance. Car a getting more expensive and the service,experience and environment should be invigorating as spending $60,000.00 on a F350 or $40,000.00 on a Taurus. I have tried every car wash in the area. Hands down they are the best Pecan Grove Auto Spa. I don't mind waiting an extra 5 minutes because the people are making sure they clean every inch of the dash, seats, etc. They really went the extra mile to give my car a deep clean.

Over time I have purchased several new vehicles. Recently I purchased my first Mercedes Benz. I work in a service oriented environment. I always strive to give excellent service. I also expect great service but am disappointed at times. I went to another local dealership to test drive different models. I can't say they acted like they were interested in me purchasing from them. The sales rep was constantly answering calls during the two test drives. He even said he might have to assist another client and I would have to wait. (I had a scheduled appt with him). My boyfriend advised me to go where he purchases all of his vehicles. I went out of my way in 1 hour traffic to Mercedes North. It was by far the BEST experience I've ever had. Totally worth it. My sales guy Jaja Anele and his partner Vernon Gatlin were fantastic. I have never seen such team work. They are true gentleman. They treated me like royalty. From the beginning to end and all the way around. I will make the drive and refer everyone I know that is in the market for a car to them. Donald Cyprian made the dreadful paperwork smooth and effortless. I give them 100+!!!!
A lot of the guys from my school go to Texas Car Stereo.. and they all said it was pretty good. So on my way to the store me and my friend actually got in a little crash. But there was only damage to my front bumper, none to the other guys truck. Once i made it to the store i showed the manager what i just did to my bumper, and he said they could order one and replace it, which they did! They didn t even make me pay for it until they had it all done, which was really good for me. I had originally gone there to get some new tires because mine were blad, and i got some new ones for not much! And i got window tinting to, the viper one which is like life time warranty so it was worth the couple extra bucks and its nicer too! The sales guy Alex helped me out because i didnt know what i was looking for at all.. They were all really nice, the dropped me off at west oaks mall and picking me and my friend back up when they finished!! Seriously best first experience at a car store. And they had so much stuff!

If I didn't have a fender missing, it would look like new. It's a 2003 by the way. OK, bring a book or something. They are seriously understaffed, but you know it's great when you would go back anyway. Took almost an hour. I am all about quality and have never had a better experience. To top it off, the washers are super nice and courtious. Smiled, thanked me and wished me a great day! Even if you don't live exactly close, I would still recommend you make the drive! You will not believe my review until you experience it for yourself! By the way, I am a smoker, my truck is my work vehicle and I had not washed for about 5-6 months. CHECK IT OUT!
The only reason I am giving Momentum Volvo 5 stars is due to the absolute wonderful care and service provided by Keith and Julio in parts. Matthew in service was very kind however, Jonathan the "service manager" has no clue how to adequately do his job and should never be involved with any kind of customer interaction. His negligence and sheer audacity towards customer care has me wondering how he even got his position. If you are going to do any business with Volvo save yourself time and strife and go directly to Julio or Keith. They are PHENOMENAL and know how to do their jobs and that the customer's experience is a priority to them. Thank you, gentlemen for stepping up and going beyond for me in fixing the issues that arose. Note to management: seriously consider putting Jonathan in the back far away from customers, also, do not allow him to send emails when he is so inadequate at his job.
They broke into my car and stoled my radio so i wanted a new radio and alarm system. I was on a budget but i still wanted to get something with good quality . I saw their craiglist ads so i called and got a quote. I live in rosenburg so it was a bit of a drive for me but i was willing to give them a try since they have good reviews here. I walked in and immidiatley i was attended by this guy named sam . He was very nice and he explained to me the different types of brand alarms and what functions they have. I needed something good but still affordable. I explained to him my situation and how they broke in my car and stoled my radio. He offered me a great deal if i included a radio in as well as the alarm and i just couldnt refuse. I was willing to ride my car without music but with that offer it was a no brainer for me. AWESOME STAFF...GREAT FACILITY.....
I went to their 918 West Alabama location...When I arrived, I was a little skeptical because it is not... well not as "nice" as some other places I have been. But let me just say, after my first car wash, they now have a lifelong customer. I purchased a Living Social with these guys. My voucher was for a simple car wash- no frills. After they were finished washing my car, a man came in and asked if I would like to add any extras such as vacuuming, etc but I declined. THEN I watched this guy go back out, shine my tires, clean my dashboard, AND vacuum my interior. I tried to tip him but he would not accept it. I will be going here as long as I own a car, you simply do not come across people like this anymore. They are so hardworking and do a fantastic job (the car looked amazing). Also there was no wait, it was all very fast and convenient.
