Very friendly staff. The massage was everything I needed! I definitely will return here next time I’m in town.
I went here today for my first time and signed up. The lady in the front was so helpful and kind. She really knew how to spark up her customer service not only that I believe that she is just naturally a sweet person. She guided me through the process and left me feeling right at home. I will be…

This hair salon is a great place to relax and get pampered. I recently went to get my hair cut and styled and needed someplace close. They fit the bill and did a wonderful job! I love my cut and my stylist Nina made sure I walked out looking and feeling great. I am definitely a repeat customer!
10. Sousan Med Spa
I bought the one year unlimited deal. To be honest I learned a lot within this year. HERE is the truth: laser hair removal will remove all your hair if you have the hair and skin that is good for that. Otherwise it will reduce it! My hair is dark and skin tone light brown, I have noticed a signi…

Laser treatments for tightening skin did not work at all. 3 one-hour treatments to face and neck, one month apart. Pictures were taken before and after. Waste of money... In addition, permanent makeup was performed by Darla McClennen and was uneven and bizarre looking. Avoid this place.
Do NOT go here unless you speak their language. I went for a simple pedicure and told the girl twice that's all. She said to pick out my scrub. Told her again I didn't want that. She said oh this is your first time I said yes. She said they use the scrub. Thought ok its included. Wrong!! They upgraded me and charged for it! Then told me it was miscommunication! I had to pay. They may not care but just lost a very good NEW customer!!!
Customer service is horrible. They don’t listen when you ask them to do or specifically not do something to your nails. They are not concerned abt taking care of your real nails, and, as a cosmetologist, that is very poor service. I asked to not have my polish electrically filed off because they thinned my acrylic so much last time that 2 nails broke in 2 days doing simple task. Yet, they still did it until I literally pulled my hand away. Of course, one of the 2 nails she filed is now broken and I literally just got them done and hour ago. Now I’m back, they’re still rude, and I have to wait. Already had to wait to even be acknowledged. Horrible service
I came in at 6:05 pm on a Saturday. I had just gotten off of work and really wanted to relax. I asked if there was enough time to have a mani/pedi and they said yes. I would have been more than happy to leave because I understand coming in at the last moment. Just a tab before 7:00 pm they turned the lights off at the front of the shop. Promptly at 7:00 pm they all changed, except for the young woman doing my nails, and were all talking and waiting around for me to leave. They spoke to the girl that was doing my nails and she listened to her instructions to finish with me. I got the gel manicure and my nails needed 3 coats and only 2 were done. You can see streaks in my nails showing through to my nail from not having enough coats. I was in my car at 7:14 pm and they literally walked out with me and locked the door. I work at a salon and stand all day and just wanted to relax and have nice nails to begin my weekend. $56.00 spent and I’ll have to get them redone from somewhere else. Worst atmosphere ever! They should have turned me away instead of rushing me out the door.
Nika is wonderful. She even has the best price in town. You have never had a massage until you’ve had a Thai massage & Nika is top top tier & delightful. Don’t be fooled by some pseudo Thai massages either. If you don’t walk away feeling like it was the best thing u ever had, move along. Walking on ur back is the best. I was afraid initially to do so then forgot, finally a masseuse reminded me (otherwise you get stretches which are still awesome & good for people who maybe are older or have a medically injured back) & omg it was like what was I thinking‼️‼️ They don’t put all their weight, so don’t worry, but man if ur serious about getting out of pain, get a Thai massage & add some black cumin seed oil @ vitamin shoppe (cheaper): “Amazing Herbs” brand tastes best & knots will melt right off. That & melt/drink some coconut oil (don’t get the processed liquid kind) -yes it’s edible; people use on salads. Both are like human draino y’all❗️ Good day & Good Luck‼️‼️
Under new management. New owner haired some very friendly girls. As soon as I walked in I was helped. The young lady did a great job helping me find a color right for me. Everyone sit a round and talked, made you fell very confident.
The best nail salon within 100 miles of Salt Lake City moved to Houston and bought Dripped Nail on Jan 1, 2018. Lam, Mimi, Nam and Brian are real pros who LISTEN to their customers and create exactly what you want. I used to think it was normal to have broken nails every time I went in for a fill. But since I started going to them, I have had 4 broken nails in 6 years and I play volleyball and bowl! Yes, they do all kinds of artwork and can duplicate almost any picture you bring them. But despite their durability, the underlying NAILS are thin, nicely curved and shaped so they are beautiful even if you're not into funky art. I travel a lot and have received compliments on my nails all over the US from L.A to New York. My pedicures are pure perfection. I used to drive 90 miles one way to get my nails done by them. They left lots of sad customers back in Wyoming.
Very rude every time I have ever walked in the door. And this morning was the last time I will ever walk in the door, the owner Lee is the rudest of them all. It has happened for about the last 5 to 6 years, today was the final straw!! Very rude and has no ideal how to give customer service at all. My overall is a big fat zero
THE SHORT STORY VERSION!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Woman is a scam artist, unprofessional and basically a thief. Quotes you one price and then those prices change after shes got you on the table. Her "full body massages" are only the back which she will then try to scam another $50.00 out of you to massage your front for 10 minutes, with one hand again while she plays on her phone. Paid her cash up front, never got change back and when my massage was over and I was getting dressed she disappeared. If I could give zero stars I would. After finally getting home and having time to process what had just happened I realized how swindled I was. I paid $120.00 for a 1.5hr massage and only got 1.25hrs of a massage which more than half that time was done just with one hand. I paid an additional $30.00 for the foot rub when it should have only been $10.00 and then paid another $50.00 to have the front of my body massaged, again by only one hand for about 10 minutes when I expected it to be at least another 30-45 minutes spent massaging my front. If a 1hr massage is $60, then a 1.5hr massage one would think is $90.00, which makes the initial quote of $10.00 per each extra a lie, that would have made the towels and aromatherapy $15/each. Then she charges me $30.00 instead of the originally quoted $10.00 for the foot rub. Finally she charges $50.00 to massage the front of my body and based on her hourly "full body massage" of $60.00, again one would assume you'd get more than just 10 minutes of a one handed massage on their chest. I've never had an advertised "full body massage" that didn't include having the front and back of your body massaged.
