Common decency is important and there is still room for improvement. Customer service should really be a priority.
My family and I have been renting a home from Zing Property Management for just under a year now, and they were very helpful during the entire online application process. Additionally, the few times we had a repair issue and submitted a request to their Tenant Website, they always responded in under 24 hours to let us know a repair technician would be in contact with us to arrange a mutually convenient appointment time to come take care of it. We have always received a call from repair service company by the next business day.Zing PM has professional and very thoughtful employees who really do treat others the way they would want to be treated. I highly recommend them to anyone needing property management services! DB
I have rental properties in various states, including two in Houston. I live in Arizona and doing business with management companies you don't even know can be stressful and difficult at times. I can truly state that Zing Property Management stands at the top of the class. Their accounting program is top notch, you can see every detail in the accounting and your money arrives in your account early every month. Sharon Petty and her staff respond to your inquires immediately. They take care of the repairs after hurricane damages and provide photos both before and after of the areas. I have sold one of my homes and in the closing of the second sale, both with Zing as the listing agent and it has been wonderful. I work with other management companies in other states and only wish they could operate and be as friendly as Zing. I highly recommend them for any of your property management in the Houston area. My husband and I needed to find something quick because of my husbands job relocating us. We had a quick move in and the home is in a great location!
I am a resident of RBBC apartments on Bateswood Drive in Houston, TX. Since last Thursday, December 7th, the water heater has been out of service. That was the night of the cold snap in Houston when there was snow. It is now Tuesday, December 12th. Despite empty promises from management, the water heater is still not functional and residents are subject to cold water and, in some cases, freezing temperatures. Residents should not have to pay rent when reasonable expectations are not being met. 5 days to repair or replace a water heater is absurd. Residents should be entitled to some sort of compensation. The saddest part is now that I've written you all, along with several other entities to report this issue, the water heater will be repaired with urgency. Management does a poor job and it's clear that they don't have any personal stake in this property. More than likely they don't live on site. I'd imagine that if they did, we would have hot water by now.
They do a great job with my place. Whenever I need help I call and they answer and then things happen that are mostly to my liking.
I really appreciate good service and communication. I usually don't give reviews but I really had to go above and beyond since my agent did. Highly recommend them for your real estate transactions.
SMI realty has to be filled with the most incompetent, uncaring, slowest, and dumbest bunch of pricks I have ever had to deal with in my life. Don’t walk away from this company. RUN, RUN for your life. I speak mainly about my experience at Wildflower apartments. But I imagine the entire company and system, front bottom to top (including Starla T) is as horrible as the management at Wildflower.
Management attitude is not concerned about the community or very helpful in trying to help clients when u have a issue with other neighbors to solve problems
