I have a Bose Lifestyle Home Theater system that was professionally installed about 4 years ago. My HDMI converter (model VS-2) went out on me and I went to this store expecting to buy a new one. Just before the item was rang up, I asked the salesperson if he knew why the converter, before dying…

Got my alarm installed on my 2003 Suzuki Hayabusa. They do a great job! Ask for Alex!
Me and my husband have been shopping around for some car stereo, car alarm, and tint packages. We came across Texas Car Stereo when we stopped at AutoZone to purchase some windshield wipers. Long story short, they gave us the best price among all of the other stores, and sure enough we got disco…
the manager at this store, Aakash Lulla, helped me so much with transformers and electronics I needed to take on my 4 month trip overseas, that I seriously would've been lost without him! I went to other stores around the area, and honestly they had similar stuff, but for one, they were a littl…
Excellent service and personal approach to the job. They listened to my questions and worked with me to complete the project smoothly and efficiently. And, they completed the project at the proposed price; what they promised they delivered. Steven S.
I went into the apple store (in galleria) today with an appt and had to wait close to 25 minutes after my appt time for them to finally service me. I went in because my IPhone 7+ has been dropping calls as well as freezing. So I got there early sign in and had to wait till my appt time. Then 3 people came in after me and was service before me. Then when I ask a worker how much longer I have he tells me he can’t give a estimated time cause they behind but they will get to me. Finally, when then got to me they tell me they gone do a software/hardware update I tell him my software is already updated so that’s not the issue, he takes my phone out it on computer and that was it. That’s the 2nd time I went to that location for the same issue. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT LOCATION....
Dealing with Frys has been totally disappointing and frustrating. First, I was unable to order my items on line because I never received an email allowing me to reset my password. I phoned the order in and was told I would receive an email from the store notifying me the order was ready for pick up in approximately 30 minutes. An hour and a half later I still had not received the email. I called the store and had to hold for approximately 15 minutes before I was able to speak with a store employee. He asked me for all of the information I had provided when I placed the order and put me on hold. When he came back on the line, he explained that the employees in that department were not answering the phone. He stated he would send them a message and someone would call me. I explained to him that this whole thing was making me a little nervous about buying anything from Frys because of the lack of service I had already experienced. I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Will not be doing business with this store in the future.
So disappointed in Apple Store at Memorial City since it was remodeled. Last year, I went there to our purchase an iPad Pro for my husband. No one greeted me. I had to chase down a sale person who got another sales person eventually. I thought it was a bad time. Today, I went back to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. No one greeted me. Associates were looking at their tablets or busy talking. I left. I saw another person like my self looking at an iPhone and no one was helping him either. I have been an Apple customer since the Apple Iie. At one time, you could request an appointment with a personal shopper. This was at 11 am Saturday. No that crowded that someone could have to me they would be with me in 10 minutes.
Excellent. True professional. Ali installed my home security system. I will use him again. Highly recommended.
Initially made contact Sept 2015 with several Houston based site building companies via Thumbtack describing the sports site and the specific features I was looking for. After looking at a few bids I setup meetings. Their bid gave an initial price, but after our face to face, the price was now 66% higher based on extra clarity they now had. Then it went up another 40%. Unlike my current web designer, there were never concrete stages outlined or payment structure based on that structure. i.e. 25% paid at this completion point, 50% at this completion point, etc. They wanted payment of the amt as soon as possible. And when it was time to pay, everyone was able to answer the phone. Emails got immediate replies about billing. Early on, I got emails from Alonso and Melissa, prompt and ready for a card charge. Over the last yr, Melissa disappeared as a POC.The website work is 100% outsourced, and even though that shouldn't be a communication impediment, it was referenced time and time again: "There had been problems w prev customers asking to see parts of the web design b4 it was completed: It causes issues. Timezone barriers. Language barriers. We're still doing fixes on the back end so there's nothing yet to show. Still doing the back end. More work on the back end." We went more than 5 months w nothing tangible. No template nothing. No thoughts on a homepage. No emails asking me to choose between A & B. Nothing. No emails at all. For five months. The only emails I ever got were responses asking about the lack of communication and can I get an update. We never went over code. Never picked a template. Never went over themes, colors, etc. And when I said 6 months w nothing but ur word to show being too long... talk about refunds got the threat of losing money allegedly spent on back end work. So none of the timeframes had been met, there was absolutely nothing to show for it, and in February of 2016, questions about pulling out were met w threat of only partial refunds.
A Team was helpful and honest in letting me know what I needed (and what I didn't). I knew what I WANTED and Adam was professional, efficient, and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't truly need. I'm not a tech-savvy person, so having him help me see the pros and cons was especially nice. I would recommend A Team to anyone for A/V needs.
With the internet, why would you want to go to best buy? I am not sure. I did the other day and it is kindof depressing.
A-Team Audio and Video is the best! We had a complicated set up for our home theater and had gotten a couple of quotes and some raised eyebrows. Adam with A-Team came in and never blinked an eye over the complexity of the project, and did a spectacular job, meeting our needs and going above and beyond our expectations and at a reasonable cost. Friendly and trustworthy. Can't say enough great things about this company!
I called A-Team Audio Video today and they were able to give me same day service! Adam showed up on time and was knowledgeable and professional. Adam was able to re-use my old TV mount and hang my new TV above the fireplace. He also installed a new receiver for existing in-ceiling speakers. This weekend I am having Adam install another TV in the master bedroom. Thanks for the quality service A-Team!!
