My hearing aids were in pretty bad shape and the manufacturer, Zounds, had disappeared. My wife found Best Hearing on the net and Darrell was able to get the necessary parts and make the needed repairs immediately. When I need new hearing aids I will buy them from Best Hearing. Don't buy from here!!!! My Mother has been through two pairs and they have never worked properly. When I sit next to her I can hear feedback and static. Which they can't seem to fix. It is nearly impossible to talk on the phone to her. If I could give less than one star I would!
I had a hearing aid about 15 yrs ago but only used it for a few months due to wax build up. I heard about Best Hearing and made an appointment. From the very first moment I was impressed. Don't go there. The staff is useless and it is very difficult to get clear and concise answers. The doctors will not attempt to explain or have a conversation with you. They will tell you what to do without a need to explain. This was especially true with Dr. Parker, who was also very rude. The hours of operation are very inconvenient if you work. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I have started treatment with them and don't feel like going to a new doctor and starting all over again. So I am kind of stuck with them.
