Dont get me wrong I love Ikea.The only reason for this poor review is their delivery contract with Nort American Logistics, they are very unprofessional and totally incompetent, they delivered the wrong item,twice and will not return my messages. Ikea should know better
I went looking for bedding of sports I found it of Texans .peice was different at the store I told her can honor the price online since you ran out stock of the first one.of course she didn't she was rude telling me purchase online lol if I was going do that I wouldn't be store in first place .it was same blanket can't honor price I swear I don't like that location of cypress on hwy 6 worst store ever

I ordered 2 Chavel Floor Mirrors for 2 little girls for Christmas from Gram and Pap they quoted me Dec.24 or Dec 31,2014 latest, This is January 19, and I don't have my mirrors yet. I called which I had tracking numbers for , never came called said there was a mixup , they would send them even a tracking number, NO mirrors. Just called Mon. Jan 12 problem again they would sent them out . One week no mirrors and I have made a payment on the bill with no merchandise,My girls want to know where their Christmas present is.
The staff at the return center are horribly lazy and atrocious. She told me how I should be speaking to my mother, on top of being zero help on a defective product that was still within the 30 day return

well i think that everyone has a similar experience. Amazon must be in deep with them because they won't honor their own Policy with returning the item. Amazon also won't let you give them a bad review without taking it down. they took all three of mine down. Claimed I used profanity in one. Never said a word even close. Then they said it was too repetitive. It was two sentences. Then they said I used a URL. I did, since I couldn't write a review about Moysha, I simply wrote: If since I can't give an honest review, check out yelp and the yellow pages reviews. And Amazon deleted that as well

This company sells stuff at amazon.com. I ordered a cream that I was supposed to get within 3-5 days. After a week an a half of not getting the cream I wrote a bad review on their company at three amazon.com. I got a call from the company right the next day begging me to delete the review because the employee was going to get in trouble. I was told they were going to send me the cream the next day. After a wee an a half I received the WRONG face cream. I called them, the apologize and said they were going to send me the order that same day and I would received it within 3 days. After 2 weeks and still haven't gotten anything. I called them, told them about my order, they put me on hold and then they hung up on me. I've been trying to call ever since then and they don't pick up the phone. I have a feeling that they have caller ID. I finally call amazon.com and filed a complain. Save yourself a headache and don't order from this company!!!!!!!
Do not EVER order from these rip-offs. I ordered a chair of limited stock from them via Amazon after ordering it from HomeClick on 9/29 and getting a response back on 10/1 stating it was out of stock and would not ship until 12/26. Yes you read that right. So I turned to my trusty Amazon and ordered from Moysha a an Amazon Seller. What a mistake!10/1 - ordered chair from Amazon10/4 - received notice that item shipping label was printed10/9 - checked UPS tracking which reflected that UPS had not received the item. Emailed seller via Amazon to state there has been no activity on the item's shipping label. 10/10 - after not getting a response message all day I called the seller. Seller stated they would put a "tracer" on the item and if I had not received it by 10/15 they would automatically send one out. I asked specifically if they have it in stock. They responded they did. I emphasized I wanted the chair over any refund. They stated they had the chair in stock and would put aside one in case they needed to send "another one". 10/16 - emailed seller stating item was not received and per discussion item should be shipped immediately. Received no response. 10/18 - called seller and got full (cell phone) voicemail. Called repeatedly until phone was answered. Was informed by a different person that a tracer takes 8 days but that they would send out the item that day. I told seller they needed to send it out that day or give me a refund. They stated they would send it that day and send me an email confirmation. I got no email.10/19 - called seller and got full voicemail again. Called Amazon to find out my options. They opened an investigation. Called seller again to find out where my chair was. Was told they were trying to locate one to send me. See notes from 10/10 to see why this made me angry. Amazon ultimately refunded me but has none in stock. Stock is low everywhere and to get it now looks like it will cost in excess of $200 when I paid $122 on Wayfair for the first one and $143 to Moysha for what was supposed to be the second one. Don't do business with these people if you want furniture that is actually delivered and is intact.
