About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Courtney in the leasing office is very helpful and pleasant in her interactions. She takes her time to help with any questions you may have without feeling like a bother or rushed.

I love this gym. It's not overly crowded and there isn't any "musclehead" mentality. I would have given 5 stars except there is no pool, sauna or steam room, so if you want those amenities you need to look elsewhere. I go in early in the morning (5am) and every one working out is helpful and friendly. I am a 49 year old slightly overweight male (5'9" and 185 pounds) and when I started I weighed over 200 pounds. It wasn't pretty to see me in a t-shirt and gym shorts, but no one ever made me feel foolish, unwelcome or embarrassed because I had let myself get out of shape. The equipment is clean and well maintained and the price is definitely right. I saw two reviews about quitting and feeling ripped off, and I can't speak to that, but I will say I feel like I am getting good value for the price.

The people are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a massage for tired and sore muscles go see Ken the best massage therapist I've ever been to. He will make you feel like a new person. You can make an appointment and they take walk-ins; you don't have to be a member. Just call 713-630-8424 I thought I had bad shoulders that didn't work turns out they were just really tight muscles. Thanks Ken! See you soon!

The exercise classes run late as much as 30 minutes and this has been going on for months. The pool is too cold, I have not been in the pool since October and that is my main activity because of arthritis, it is now May.One solution was to clean the pool once a week so then the pool would be cold and dirty. If the water coming out of the spouts is cold then that is the problem that needs to be solved.I was sick from October to January and in the hospital, I believe it was due to the cold water!!!They let a man in a Darth Vadar costume exercise and he scared me to death, I thought he was a terrorist or up to something. Why would they let some one in the club wearing a mask and covered from head to toe?I paid over $200 for a thermal swim outfit to help with the cold water. They need to solve some of the problems!

Place is good and love zumba instructors but people at kids club lately are rude, they do not want the kids to do anything, if they run they are asked to go and seat in "time out" if the kid does not accept, the parents are asked to take their kids out.It is kind of strange to arrive and see all kids in time out.Who might be wrong, the kids?

Don't go to this location unless you want your car broken into. My cars window was busted I was inside for 30minutes. The police said he is at that location weekly for car break ins.

This gym is so bad I don't even know where to start. I don't know if the employees were lying or if they are just stupid and misinformed. I had a membership a few years ago and wanted to reactivate it this past August. I was told they couldn't reactivate my old account and would need to sign up again. This January they said I need to pay an annual fee even though I just joined in August. I told them I didn't remember having an annual fee. I swear the guy that signed me up never showed it to me. Well I found out when I called the 800 number that all these things are wrong. When I told the girl on the phone all the problems I have had she just said sorry but didn't sound believable. I told her I was going to write a bad review and a letter to the owner and she just said that I can go ahead and do that. Now on to this location. IT SUCKS! The machines are always broken. The parking is ridiculous. The members sit on the machines and talk on their phones. Needless to say I will be quitting.

The best thing about this gym is that it has lots of cardio equipment. If you want to just lose fat, this gym can definitely help.
