About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Aldine Animal Hospital

I started going to this animal hospital in the summer of 2016 when my dog had a seizure. Since then I have used this place with no issue UNTIL LAST WEEK. Earlier this summer my brother and I boarded our dogs and there was no issue. In July I went to go and pick up their flea meds and made the appointment for them to be board in late August. I was told there would be no issue, as we have boarded them there together before. A few weeks later, my brother called to confirm the boarding appointment and there was no mention of a deposit. [We have NEVER paid a deposit for boarding before, one was never mentioned]. Last Monday 8/20/18 the day before they were to be boarded I received a missed call from the them and called them back to RECONFIRM the appointment for 8/21/18/-8/26/18. N one mentioned a deposit. They just wanted to make sure they were still being boarded. Dropped them off and FILLED OUT paperwork and no one mentioned a deposit. We were there at least 15 minutes checking them in. We get a call as we are about to board our international flight demanding a deposit!!!!! Claiming they never told us over the phone because they don't discuss deposits over the phone, so why did they call me if they weren't going to discuss anything. Besides that I have received the AMOUNT OF THE TOTAL BILL OVER THE PHONE BEFORE. My brother goes to pick the dogs up this morning, he was chastised about my dog ALL OF A SUDDEN being cage aggressive and I need to leave a leash, which I did. It wasn't until he was in the car driving the he noticed HIS dog has a large scratch on his nose and NO ONE at the VET mentioned it. I will never use this place again. I suggest you dont either. The Doctor needs to do through checks on his employees as they are the face and agents of his brand. I will attach the picture of the scar when i see it

Grasshoff Veterinary Clinic

Dr Grasshoff and her staff were very kind and compassionate when we had to make the hard decision to let our fur baby go, Shasta was in so much pain.... as were we, I can't say enough about the professionalism and support shown to us! I wish, no one would have to go through this heartbreak, but attitude and kindness can make a huge difference in the lives of those in crisis. Thank you! Kathy Glynn

Beechnut Animal Hospital

The doctors and staff at Beechnut Animal Hospital are excellent! I'm always greeted warmly. The front desk always lets me know if there is an emergency and there is an unexpected delay. Equally important, when my pet has been the emergency, I've walked in the front door and was escorted directly into an exam room with staff waiting. The care by the doctors is continually superior with thorough explanations of the animal's problem and options for treatment. At no time is there any treatment rendered without addressing the owner's financial concerns. You could not find a better hospital to help you take care of your furry family.

Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital

Reviews prior to 2009 are for the previous vet practice that was in the same location, but went out of business. Richmond Avenue Animal Hospital did not open with the current exceptional staff and doctors until the spring of 2009. So the negative reviews from Citysearch in 2007 do not apply to the current vet practice at this address.

Petworks Express

Great prices and great service. My dog was spayed almost 3 years ago,but still remember the excellent service. I was looking up the address to refer someone to you and just realized I didn't put in a review. I still remember how they eased my worries once I saw her doing so well post surgery. Thank you PetWorks for doing an amazing job. S. Vail

Voss Road Animal Clinic

The veterinarian suggested that we have our dog Chato get his teeth cleaned, so we took him in for that service. They ended up extracting a tooth (we still don't know if it was 1 or 2 teeth, they told us originally it was2 then later said it was 1). They gave us an antibiotic to apply in his ears within a week he went completely deaf! I took him back in and informed the vet that he had lost all of his hearing.the vet told me he was already deaf, which was a lie! He always heard my husband drive up and the mailman. He had no hearing problem prior to this. Now, he couldn't even hear 2 feet away! The vet also said , he never heard of this medication doing this that our dog was just old. He reapplied the medication to his ears again and told me to keep applying the medication. When my husband came home, he couldn't believe what I was telling him.He read on the fine print of the medication, that the medication can make older dogs go deaf! The vet doesn't even know what he is prescribing? After about a month about a third of his hearing has returned but no more. Now, he has lost weight, he back legs are quivering, his limp glands are swollen and his demeanor has changed. Bottom line , every since the procedure of the teeth, he has gone down hill. We've paid an enormous amount of money to have them mess up our dog. So beware of this clinic and teeth cleaning procedures. D.B. I would give them -5 stars!

Memorial Town & Country Animal Clinic

We've had really good experiences with Town & Country. A year or so go we had to put an older dog of ours down and they were more than compassionate of how it was handled and how we felt. We still have two pets that we take their, if we have any reservations or questions they always hear us out... staff is ALWAYS courteous and helpful when we call in... and we have recommended a few friends to them.
