Awful community,we had an armed robbery and though they take lots of money for being an gated community with security ,they had broken cameras and lied to us and the police that the entry of the thieves wasn’t recorded and when my hsband posted the pics of the broken cameras on their website they deleted his post so no one knows ,they didn’t even ask what happened ,if u care about ur safety don’t buy or rent there
I am very upset about the quality, and quantity of the training and the response that I have received from Manousso Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution. I purchased a training from Manousso thinking that it would fulfill stature requirements codified into law, that I believed and my belief was reinforced by Manousso that would allow my to become a parent facilitator. After completion of the training which only lasted 16 total hours instead of 24 total hours, I tried to explain the situation to her that she was potentially providing training that was unethical, and potential causing others to put their livelihood and licenses at risk if they stated that they were appropriately trained. Instead of working with me to resolve these issues she attempted to attack my own integrity and question if I was even licensed, or what education I had completed. She then refused to communicate with me any further, until I had to involve the Better Business Bureau, the BBB then ruled in her favor but did not disclose that she is a contractor with the BBB when they took the case on. Before you pay good money or attend any of her trainings make sure that it will provide you ETHICALLY and LEGALLY what you need for your profession.

glencairne c.i.a. hmmmm i would say that they are out of control and they need to be fired and our local and state government needs to do something to protect the rights of these property owners. outragous late fees, fines...they will bleed you dry. it doesnt matter if you are old or disabled on a fixed income....they want their money and will use a team of shady attorneys to get it. they should use some of that money to help those in need to do the repairs or whatever code breaking infraction that needs to be corrected but i do not believe they have that option on the table. they treat this old subdivision as if it were full of $250,000 homes but the reality of it is they might average $80,000. property owners write letters to your state representives and let them know you are sick and tired of the glencairne c.i.a. and it is time for them to get off their butts and do something about it ( oh....some of our trusted politicians do have their hand in that cookie jar)take your property back people, abolish the glencairne c.i.a.glencairne property owner.....sick and tired
