They are only getting 1 star due to there not being an option for 0 stars.This review is for the Headquarters located at 8787 Tallyho Rd, Houston, TX 77061. They disabled the review function from the corporate listing as it would be full of negative reviews.This place is the worst place I have ever worked and I urge existing and potential employees to run fast and don't look back. Racism and Nepotism is running rampant in this place. Clients are treated like crap, and they only care about their 20 major clients. There is a good ole boy system there. The same 10 people keep getting promotions. Minorities are disrespected, treated like criminals, and worked like slaves. The pay is horrible. I've been here for over 6 years and my salary has not increased by $1. If you voice your opinion to your manager they just turn it around on you. Don't bother taking your grievances to the horrible H.R. Dept, it will result in your termination.
NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH UNITED. They have lost my baggage on September 12th and I waited 7 days for it to be left on a neighbors door step. I haven't been reimbursed for the $588.00 that I'm out for new clothes and sundries. Then they offered me a 350.00 travel voucher that I still haven't seen and I have 9 tickets that I need to add to mileage plus and can't get done. to top that off I can't get to a live person that speaks English well enough to be understood.
