I work at a dialysis facility and several of our patients use transportation companies to get to and from dialysis. In my experience, Queen Transportation has been the worst transportation company to work with. I do not understand why Medicaid continues to contract this company. On numerous occasions I have had to call Queen dispatch because patients are kept waiting over 1.5 hours to be picked up. When you call to complain they get upset and are rude to you. On one instance, a patient complained to us that her driver insulted and verbally abused her during her whole trip because the patient asked why they picked her up so late. This was an elderly lady that had just finished dialysis. No one should be verbally attacked like that especially by someone providing a service (that the State is paying you for). The patient felt threatened after that and decided to have church members bring her to treatment after that. All in all, Queen has the worst punctuality, drivers, and customer service. Medicaid should stop doing business with them immediately.
THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! THEY HAVE DETAILED MY CAR, POWER WASHED MY HOME AND CUT MY YARD! THE PRICING IS VERY ECONOMICAL AND THEIR WORK EXCEEDS EXPECTATION. IT WAS WONDERFUL TO HAVE MADE AFFORDABLE COME TO MY RESIDENCE!
This transportation service is horrible!!!! Michelle had my asthmatic child waiting for her in the cold and never picked them up. She is not a people person nor a person that should care for a child

Please do not trust this transportation service with your child. They do not care about the kids and are very rude to parents and the child. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service to any parent. If you care about your child well being and/ or emotional and mental well being DO NOT use this transportation service!!!!!!
I find the transportation services to be very good, they're dependable & relieves me from so much stress worrying about how my kids will get home, tutorials, practice etc. The owner is strictly about business and runs a disciplined service. I appreciate her firmness on having the kids behave, I trust my three children in their hands this is our 4th year using the service at Harmony Art.
I am NOT one of your patients but I have have some experience with that on December 3rd 2014 why are there drivers back into my car at s.n. Clinic I've been trying for 2 weeks for them to give me the insurance policy so I can get my car fix I wasn't even thinking about riding in their vehicle or asking for the insurance first I will want to ride with the company the lack of responsible for the damages to someone's property
This is the most unprofessional bus service I have ever used. The owner Michelle leaves the kids at school and doesn't call to let you know they aren't on her bus. She's very rude and nasty when you question her. Please use caution when deciding to use her service.
After working with Kenco Bucket Trucks on multiple jobs, all I can say about their amazing service is that their JOHNNY ON THE SPOT!!!
