I have heard that people are using real estate CRM's and hence want to try on my own but was a bit worried too. I have tried software from Real Acquisitions and I started loving it. It's easy to use and you get everything in one place. My real estate tasks are now sorted. I wish I could know about the software earlier. Highly Recommended!
Common decency is important and there is still room for improvement. Customer service should really be a priority.
I love this Warehouse in Houston. Managers care about people and the great care of their responsibility kept here,,, friendly, concerned and extremely helpful. The Warehouse Space for Lease in Houston is my favorite.
My family and I have been renting a home from Zing Property Management for just under a year now, and they were very helpful during the entire online application process. Additionally, the few times we had a repair issue and submitted a request to their Tenant Website, they always responded in under 24 hours to let us know a repair technician would be in contact with us to arrange a mutually convenient appointment time to come take care of it. We have always received a call from repair service company by the next business day.Zing PM has professional and very thoughtful employees who really do treat others the way they would want to be treated. I highly recommend them to anyone needing property management services! DB
I have rental properties in various states, including two in Houston. I live in Arizona and doing business with management companies you don't even know can be stressful and difficult at times. I can truly state that Zing Property Management stands at the top of the class. Their accounting program is top notch, you can see every detail in the accounting and your money arrives in your account early every month. Sharon Petty and her staff respond to your inquires immediately. They take care of the repairs after hurricane damages and provide photos both before and after of the areas. I have sold one of my homes and in the closing of the second sale, both with Zing as the listing agent and it has been wonderful. I work with other management companies in other states and only wish they could operate and be as friendly as Zing. I highly recommend them for any of your property management in the Houston area. We lost $3,000 unfairly upon move out. We rented from Alan Mundy for a year and we really loved our house. It had issues, like the bathtub and toilet drainage backing up on a couple occasions but otherwise it was a great house. However, he really took a huge chunk of money from us at the end making us pay a $2000 fee for moving out 3 weeks early (despite telling us that was no problem at all without mention of the fee even when asked directly and despite easily getting new tenants who moved in immediately and covered the rest of the months rent). He also made us pay full price for brand new carpets to replace carpet that was 30+ years old and already partially damaged from normal wear and tear when we moved in. This was a week after Harvey so we suspect he used all the funds he took from us to fix the house (it had leaked in the storm and they tore everything out without getting an insurance quote). Anyway needless to say, we were in a bit of distress after losing $3000 and their response was that he was running a business. Very very disappointing.
I wish you could give no stars but still comment as they are not even worthy of 1 star!These people are crooks and are only out to get your money and damage your credit. The office personnel are racist, unhelpful, rude and only cares about the residents they are related to. Be ware, they will still try to get you even if your lease is up. They will also not renew your lease if they have family who needs a place to stay. It happened to me.
My husband and I needed to find something quick because of my husbands job relocating us. We had a quick move in and the home is in a great location!
