I really appreciate the service I received here. The clerks were cordial & very helpful. I was able to buy good quality doors, a tub, windows & other home improvement items at an affordable price.
Excellent company to do business with. They offer a huge variety of resources. The staff is professional and assistive.
Astounding! Incredible results for our 12 year old son. I strongly recommend the treatment! We took our son to Texas Children's Hospital Department of Psychology for weekly for 4 years. This past summer, we took him to a specialist. The recommendation was to give our son drugs that were not approved for children by the FDA. Frighting side effects. I just could not put him on the roller coaster of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs that I knew would always change to achieve the "cure". His behavior at school was so out of control and disrupted he was completely isolated in the regular class room environment. In the Special Education pull outs he was in for most of the day, it was challenging for teachers. We had to do something before school started as we were close to being told our son would no longer be able to attend the public school due to behavior. Our family home life was bleak, we walked on egg shells not to set off an explosion and outburst for the most simple things. I would dread coming home from work each day. Our son could not go to bed or sleep by himself. Extreme anxiety and fear prevented a good night sleep for the household for years.During treatment we noticed changes in the first week. after several weeks, he was engaging and talking with the family, was happy, was calm, not more out burst. After a few more weeks, he on his own, went to bed, lights off up stairs by him self and told us he was not afraid any more. He even turned off all lights so it was totally dark. We did the treatment before school started this year, when school started all staff that worked with our son told us they could not believe the difference. There has been no problems this year and minimum Special Education assistance. He is happy, delightful, follows direction at home and school and is his true self. Our household is whole and healthy.
I’ve been a patient at this location for 3 years. I chose it because of the flexible hours of operation. I called to ask if they could fill my blood pressure meds for two weeks due to my not being able to get there and the guy by the name of Christopher told me no I had to come in. Today I get there and was refused service because they wanted me to pay for my office visit. I have insurance and have never had to pay before. When asked why I was told it was the “estimated” amount of the visit. I informed them I had not had my blood pressure meds for 2 weeks and they didn’t care. Normally I am billed for my co-pay/deductible but today was different. Needless to say, I wasn’t allowed to see the doctor and didn’t get any medication. This place is not for working people with insurance....they are ideal for patients with Medicaid. Money is more important than your health. The doctor orders lots of test but never discuss it with you when you return. You could really go in and diagnose yourself and he will go with it as long as you pay for the office visit. That is, if you can get past the 2 goons at the window!
At first it was nice to go with my husband to his doctor, Because he forgets to tell the doctor things he needs to know. Plus the covenant location. Close to my residence. Later visits slowly the attitudes changed. He wasnt given the full amount of his medication or he taken to much which ever the case may be it was enough, I called the doctors office to call in another script for him to take his medication. Who ever answered the phone told me " NO HE NEEDS TO COME IN AND TAKE HIS BLOOD TEST, AND WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE RESULTS FROM THE SPECIALIST. DID HE GO? I TOLD HER YES WE HAVE TO GO IN TWO WEEKS. WELL HE HAS TO WAIT TILL WE GET THE RESULTS BACK. I SAID HE HAS TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR HIS MEDICATION? SHE SAID I GUESS SO. I Told her Im going to take him to another doctor. She said alright and hung up the phone. I wasnt offered an appointment or anything just attitude My husband did go to take his blood test for his medication, but was still given an attitude.
Rude receptionist most of the time, unprofessional, they keep canceling my appointment without notice I don't recommend this place at all
I have been to this office twice.. first time I called the scheduler name Yvonne gave me an attitude advising me "this was my only option, did i want to schedule or not!" I gave it a second chance.... I attended my appointment, she gave me an attitude in person!! then as someone passed by she changed her tone of voice! She does not need to work at this location as others also complained about her! Rude person to sick people!!
Some people are so sensitive. Company have the right to know about who they are possibly hiring and a responsibility to try to protect their customer and employees. The hiring mgr explained the Cole Group assists in doing this and in helping me show Im ready to work there. I answered their questions and was processed through fast. The next day I found out I got the job.
I had to call Cole Group when I applied for a job. They asked me straight-forward questions and I was done with the process in about 25 minutes. The lady was courteous and the documents I had signed prior already explained what was going to happen to me and that all information is private/secure. I got the job and want to thank Cole Group for giving me the opportunity to go through their process and demonstrate to my new employer I was a great fit for their organization.
