Batches comes rocky, and you still have to pay for they collect the funds 1 hour before they pour the concrete. Addressed the issue to the manager in hope for improvement or some type of reparation and GM said "he will not do anything about it". Worst experience and nightmare ever. If you are looking for a reliable, respectful and professional pool or decking company, Volcano concrete is your worst choice you can possibly think of out there. They will promise you they can do as you want, fast and professional. But the reality is that they will stretch out your work up to two months and ask for more money and money upfront. Otherwise they will threaten to delay your work. Their work is not professional, they will leave trash everywhere and never clear them. They will work with other jobs if they think yours is not important and can wait even they tell you they will finish yours first. All lies. If you call them, they never pick up your calls and just show up as whenever they like to. I got fed up so got them fired. And I am glad I did that.

My experience with Volcano was the best. I was unaware of all the options I had for concrete. I hired them to put a plain slab for my patio. After my consultation I was able to see the possibility of what I could do. I had small budget but Volcano Concret did not turn me away. They treated my project like it was a big project for them. They guided me and help me make my vision become a reality. I like their personal touch and with each option they guided me and made me aware of what would be best for me. I like the fact that they were very knowledgeable which made make my decisions easier. I would totally recommend them to my friends and family. I think the work they did added a lot more value to my property than just a plain concrete slab.
