I don't want to go into detail because I'm not looking to cause any issues or damage anybody's career. However, I will say that this man is extremely unprofessional. Please find another optometrist.

Worse experience of my life! DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been wearing glasses my whole life and I've never had an experience like the one I experienced here and I will never go back! I wasn't quoted on thing, told what services would be rendered and the items I would recieve and never received them! I had insurance and paid $308 out my pocket! I will never return and I advise anyone who values there hard earned cash to never go here and expect the services paid for. Staff apologizes but offered nothing to fix the issue. I should have just went where I have been going! Do NOT go HERE!!

I had a very bad experience at this location. They changed the manager and the quality of the services is now very low. The new manager is rude and clearly she is not paying attention to her employees who do a poor job. When I told her my glasses were very bent when returned to me, she accused me of bending them. I should have asked for a refund!!! I loved the previous manager and the people I worked with before at this location. But now new manager, new people, and a totally different experience with them. Never going back.
Strongly not recommended. This is the longest review i have ever written. For your sake, read it. Here is the reason why i give them 1 since half star is not available to choose. First, I had to wait one and a half hour to see the doctor even i had scheduled my appointment in advance and they was completely not busy at the time. Later, my fiancee came and talked to MELANIE. He dropped off the frame (which i purchased somewhere else) to MELANIE to do the lenses. She told him it will be ready within 7-10 business. When the time came, i called and talked to a different person (i don't remember what his name was) to see if my glasses are done. He said he could not find my order and told me it might has never been sent to the lap. He said he need to talk to MELANIE and call me back first thing in the next morning (which he did not). He also promised they will overnight my order if MELANIE actually fail to submit my order. I called them back at 4pm the next day. It was Thursday. I talked to MELANIE and when i mentioned my name she knew what i was looking for immediately and quickly said my glasses will be done in couple days (not overnight as promised). 2 days later, i called them again BUT MY GLASSES WERE STILL NOT DONE. I was so upset because i had been waited for half a month already. I requested to talk to the manager and they put JUNIOR (the manager) on the phone. After being in the conversation with him for 30 mins he said my glasses will be ready by next Monday or Tuesday but he's not sure. I was not satisfied with his answer but nothing i could do.Finally i glasses were done on Monday but the problem was still not ended. When my fiancee dropped off the frame, MELANIE asked him what kind of lenses do i want. He called me and asked me while he was standing in front of her. I told him i want Single vision with ANTI-REFLECTED lenses for which would cost me nearly $80 co-pay after insurance.There was no way my fiancee translated to "No anti-reflected lenses" to MELANIE while i told him "yes" with anti-reflected lenses on the phone. It came i my glasses did not have anti-reflection.Again, I called them and talked to the manager JUNIOR. At first he told me if i want anti-reflected lenses i have to pay full price of $183 since the insurance claim was already close. I argued with him for 15mins and he came down to $83 BUT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 7-10 BUSINESS DAY to have it redone.As i said, this is my longest review to a business ever. I will go to Lenscrafter tomorrow to have my glasses redone, but i can not keep it quiet. I don't want anyone else make the same mistake of trusting these people in this store like i did. I definitely won't return to this store ever.
