To those who use the Enterprise on Martin Luther King, be warned it's under new management. Completely opposite of the people who ran it just last summer, with different rules. For starters where they used to take prepaid American express as a form of payment, they don't anymore. They claim it's a prepaid card, yet they'll accept a Visa debit. Really? The second red flag was that since the checkstub and bill were under my husbands name, the card had to be too! So I couldn't use my debit card under my name. It had to be his, which was from another account that didn't hold the balance! Thirdly. . .and this is the MOST important thing to anyone buying over there. If you get a midsized vehicle the way we wanted, make sure you have full coverage. They don't tell you until you're ready to pay for it, that they can't give you a midsize without full coverage. The only way is if you buy their insurance at 28.00 a day? How convenient! But they WILL do it however for an economy. . .for maybe 125 less? I don't think so. AND THEN after all that trouble, they didn't have one! The manager had the nerve to want us to come back later on that day to pick one up. On the day before our trip? I don't think so. Looks like we'll be taking our car. . .which is something we should've done in the first place!
