Let's just say that you need to change your policies,and get better customer service.Just because I am not on acct I am the one that ALWAYS takes care of husbands business,you know he does work,so he can pay the bills, so I take care of the books.I get your policy you can not talk to me or give me info well YOU will take my check/money in a heartbeat though!!Had this automobile loan for almost a year and not one problem about speaking or taking care of it,Till TODAY 6/29/17.To the little girl that answered the phone and I got the same little girl when I made a appearance to pay on loan,she recognized my voice and still told me she could not talk to me,she was the only one working the drive thru and answering phone well if you can not multi task you do not need to be working there I told her what ever (and when I arrived there,there were 3 people working,but she was fast to take that check but would not talk to me,I call B.S.) I told her to her face,Whether a person is waiting in line or at a drive thru or on the phone,they are and always will be a customer.I did not appreciate this little girl on the phone tell me that I'm sorry ma'am I cannot speak with you I have other customers waiting to be waited on.Like I was not a customer HOW RUDE WAS SHE!!Well you go ahead and wait on your other customers.I will be sure to spread the word DO NOT BANK WITH HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK..Horrible Bank and Horrible Customer Service in person and on phone!! Time to get away from this bank!! Oh and you do not deserve even one star but had to rate it to get comment on here!!
