I bought a ceramic device for 44.99. The first time I used it a 'tooth' broke. I called the next day. The associate said he'd have to check and see what to do. If i can exchange it or if i had to send it to sharp stone. He took my # and said he'd get back to me. It's been over a week. I will not be spending any more money on any products here.
I called and asked if they carried a certain product and she said yes. Then I asked how much it cost, she says she can't tell prices over the phone and its against company policy. Well that is bad business because you are losing sales and losing customers. It's also very annoying.
