I am very upset with the service I have recieved from Trapp. I traded in a 2014 GMC Acadia at the end of May for a 2012 Chevy Equinox to save on gas mileage and upkeep. I was told in confidence from sales man that the vehicle was given a full look over and tune up before I would pick the vehicle up, I recieved the vehicle with 79% oil and a quarter of a tank of gasoline ( I am use to the very excellent service at Barker GMC and I've always had A1 treatment when it came to my service, I regret not using them again for this car). Upon only having the vehicle for not even a full month, while driving down the highway my engine light starts blinking stating that its overheating. I then have it towed to Trapp and I am told that it is the waterpump that has gone out and that I am being charged $1200 for repairs for it. Over $600 just for the labor! I am extremely upset with the lack of professionalism, and service I have experienced. I am upset that I feel walked on with this company, my 2014 Acadia is sitting pretty on the lot priced at $21k and I'm sitting here with a lemon that is already breaking down on me.... Shame on everyone involved! I will never do business again with this dealership. Also, never recieved my license plate nor was I ever notified until I notified them about it that it has come in. Very unacceptable!

I brought my 2015 Edge in for an issue the liftgate latch. It was determined that a new latch needed to installed. The replacement part was ordered and my service rep Brandon called me to notify me and make a second appt. for installation. The installation was performed in 90 minutes and is working smoothly. I received a follow up call the next day from Brandon to make sure there were no further issues. Job well done.
