Apartments in Houma, LA

Bad service they don't answer the phones and I have been waiting a month and a week for to get my deposit back I have called the continuously for it and all she can say is she been emailing them and sometimes when I can no answer and that's when they are about to open someone should be answering the phone if I was u I would not get a apartment over there cause you will be waiting for your deposit back

My favorite part was when my pots and my stovetop would pop and rattle when my upstairs neighbor would walk in the kitchen ...you could hear everything ..

I've been here for 2 years and the reason I stayed after my first lease was the staff and management were always very nice and helpful. Recently I've noticed we have some new management and office staff. Well my wife got transferred to Mississippi for work and I went in to put my notice to move out and the day was correct on the top of the forum but the date beside the signature was incorrect. Rather than rectify the mistake or try to work with me the new manager belittled my wife and was very short with me. This is unacceptable and if it's any precursor to how this place will be ran from this point on I highly recommend finding somewhere else to live in the Houma area!

Do not rent an apartment here. They nickel and dime you on everything from a to z and don't even have lights or ceiling fans in the rooms. The lease agreement is set up to screw you and the office staff are not there to help, this is a money making scheme

I personally have nothing good to say about my time living at these apartments!!! I have been here a little over a year and in that time I have had nearly everything break in my apartment and the apartment above me had a water heater bust and flood my apartment, I do have to say tho for the first time since I have lived here they got right on it to fix the mess but when my ac leaked for dang near 8mths soaking up my bedroom carpet a number of times it took forever to get them to fix it and they have even left the water to leak all over my electrical wires on my ac which could have caused a fire or someone to be electrocuted, I have had to get up at 3:30 am because the neighbors were fighting again upstairs and in the parking lot, which I also witnessed them throwing something over my car and damaging another residents vehicle which in turn caused me to have to get dressed and go outside at 3:30 am to move my car so they woulld not damage it, unpon complaining to the office staff the residents were allowed to stay on the property until the end of their lease even tho they have parties till the wee hours of the morning every fri sat and sun and have fights almost every weekend.... I have personally had the Maintenance supervisior delve into my privacy by going to my facebook page and taking a screen shot of a conversation said between me and my neighbor across from me that was all in joking and he went show it the the men upstairs which almost caused a 7 man fight under my breezeway while my kids were playing..... my question is.... if the " Maintenance Supervisior" will delve into my privacy what other tennants will he do it to??? How is it he is able to keep his job??? I pay far too much rent at this complex to have to worry about the safety of my children, My personal property and our health. As far as the office staff.... I have No issues with them But the rent is far to expensive for an apartment that constantly has stuff breaking down and a Maintanance Supervisor that is way too lazy to get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

Meth labs, people running around with guns, dog poop everywhere, infested with spiders and no where to park, oh and the faucet water smells like poop, the dishwasher has given us problems since we moved in and they won't fix it, told us it works as good as it's gonna, and the staff is rude!!
