Customer service is horrible, cashier told me it was unfortunate when I told him the dog food I was looking for were empty! Then I asked a manager if they could please have someone look in the back. She said I don't think we have it! And kept talking away with some other cashier. With out even checking. All she had to do was radio the back room. And the young man cashier ?? Saying "that's unfortunate " unbelievable!!!!!!!!!
Workers were rude, didn't seem like they wanted to be there or even provide great customer service. Never going to this target again.
These people have NO CLUE about customer service. Even the management here has no customer service skills.....I work hard for my money and this store has seen the last of it ! I give them 1 star,only because I have to.. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR ?..WHAT A JOKE......IF YOU NEED A JOB BUT DONT WANT TO WORK.....THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE !!
So today this location had 3 lanes open and a full store. We had a 30 minute wait ... Rediculous.
This target has some of the WORST managers on duty if you have a problem. All they can say is "sorry that's our policy" and if you press them more, they just keep repeating it... i mean common, I heard you the first three times! you either believe that I am an idiot and do understand (whichi is VERY insulting) or you are the idiot, and can't come up with a better line - from a MANAGER? seriously! My mother had a problem with an item she purchased, and when she tried to exchange it, only after a couple of months, the customer service person offered no explanation other than it was not in the computer and they couldn't do anything! Upon looking for the item in the store, we found THE EXACT SAME ITEM? AND THEN WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME, WE COUND THE ITEM ON LINE! SO TELL ME, how can it NOT be in the computer?????? it was in PLAIN site! and the manager on duty, some girl, all she could say was, sorry "it's our policy"... not just once, but three times. and when i told her i understood her the first two times, she then decided to call me RUDE! IT'S GREAT TO KNOW THAT TARGET IS DOING SUCH A PROFIT, THEY CAN OFFEND CUSTOMERS AND RUN THEM OFF!!! OVER A 16.99 BRA????? THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Hope their cameras took a GOOD picture, cuz it is the LAST TIME I WILL BE BACK IN TARGET!
This place is an amateur cook’s paradise. I love how ingredients can be in arm’s length every time you need some. I would love to recommend this place to my friends out there.
when you watch all those comercials on tv, you see the big yellow face and all the people in their blue smocks smiling and looking more than happy to help people. when you go to this site, no one is polite, they feel inconvienced if you ask them for help. i had taken a watch back after 3 days because it didnt work, and the lady told me that i had to pay the $3 difference because when i bought it, it was on sale, but its not anymore. i had the toughest time trying to explaine to her that its not my fault that the watch didnt work, and if it did, i wouldnt be here trying to exchange it, and why i refused to pay 3 more dollars. i even had the "good-bye" lady, w/the those little yellow smile stickers, push me and my cart out the door when i was 9 mo pregnant waiting for my husband to get the car! i guess i was standing in her way of the door, i dont know. i felt that was extreamly rude! also their bath rooms are discusting!! i will hold it for hours before i would go in there! i'm supprised they dont get shut down by the board of health! but i tell you one thing, i still shop here, why? because no where else can you go for those prices... i guess you get what you pay for, right?
