So disappointed in this bank I bank at for many years , unemployed just temporarily and a single mom so went around getting everything to get food stamps for a month n the lady printed the wrong stuff so call them n get them to fax the correction after this stalled me 2 days already , 4 days later dhs says no bank statements . Just called them n a worker was yelling n was so completely rude ! Knew where they were going , n said gave wrong fax number , why didn't she call dhs ? Send me a letter ? Never get food stamps unless desperate n now because of usbank of we have to wait one more week for help . on top of it the same lady who made the mistake is the lady that was yelling, talking over me and plain nasty ! Never heard anything so unprofessional.
