This is what Bar B Que is supposed to be! The sause if the best! Their meat is slow cooked over a hardwood fire to perfection, and hand carved before your eyes and free of fat and grissle. Their beef is made from brisket, and it is always lip smacking good. They also smoke pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ribs and sausage. The potato salad is the world's best with a touch of dill, and their banana budding is to die for. The also sell deli meats that they smoke- jerky, summer sausage, and stick sausage. If we buy a bag of any of those my family has to hide it from me and ration is out. Roland's does online orders, catering for any party, and sill smoke Christmas turkeys and hams, as well as process you will deer, turkeys and boar. Their french fries can't be beat, and their version of nachos replaces the traditional ground beef with pulled pork or brisket and adds bar-b-que sause. My personal favorite. Roland's also has a quiet atmosphere that is great for the whole family. Thumbs up!
