I heard good things about Janie Evins several years ago when I hit the path of having to file for a divorce & full custody of my children. So, of course I took someone's word & I'm so GLAD I did! The first thing I noticed about her was how she was well observed & actually listened to me. She was just as much concerned about me & my children as I was. Most definitely she was an attorney with intelligence & assured me understanding of my case. As months went by & our final hearing approached she was always persistent of our outcome. She represents what a positive & motivated woman with true integrity is! She truly cared about the overall wellbeing of me & my children & I must say if I were an attorney/client standing among her..I'd definitely be intimidated! Granted, She won my case & I was very proud of her & how she handled things. She showcased another side of her a year later after my divorce when I was involved in a horrible car wreck. Janie called me on her own free will to check on me & willingly took my case. This woman literally has a huge warm heart of pure Gold! Infact, Janie is considered my hero! I've never met/seen anyone so driven to protect her clients. This is how she made me feel & even until this very day she gives me this feeling! My advice would be: If ever you want protection & satisfaction "SHE IS THE ONE TO CHOOSE for your council!" I say this with much gratitude & I'm very grateful of her myself! The Love this woman carries within her heart is to listen & actually care about your case/situation, & will always have your best interest. She is the absolute best choice to have for all your legal matters!"I can't stress this enough!" Whether she's in the court room or not she is like an unexpected tiger or bulldog coming at you! You'll never really have no idea when she'll approach/growl at you! Simply bc she has so much CLASS! :) This attorney will stretch out her hands further then any other attorney I've ever known! If ever there are negative reviews on her,I would classify it as someone who's just lost against her on their case with their counsel. Unfortunately, there are simply just cruel & lame people in society who have the most lousy & dull thinking habits. We all have our opinions yes, but I can only say great things about this woman! She's also a mother herself which is why I highly recommend her for all your legal concerns. Especially if or when it involves family/child/ren. She has such a big heart,"STRESSING" A true connection for families in need of legal assistance. She defines BRILLANT! She is very knowledgable, well rounded & experienced. This sweet lady is exactly where she is intended to be. Janie Evins is the best attorney around. She was the only you who would take my case when no one else would. She knew the urgency of my case and had us in court within two (2) weeks.
