I am new to Hot Springs, Arkansas. My son was really sick. Upon looking for a doctor on my insurance's website, this clinic was the first several that came up. I called them as soon as they opened. The receptionist was short and rude with me. After I explained that I was new to the area,she barked at me, "we aren't talking new patients!" Then acted like talking to me was a waste of her time. It's hard enough feeling alone in a new town after leaving everything, including doctors, for work...but to be treated so rudely is almost unbearable. I recommend they get some better "bedside manner" with the people answering the phone. That's the first impression of this clinic. And we all know how important those are. I will not recommend this clinic.
