Took my vehicles to be serviced. They kept pulling the mechanic off my car to service other cars. I ended up spending 3 hrs there for something that should have only taken an hour and a half. They over charged me by 30%. Spent too much time and money at this place and missed my afternoon appointment. Never going back.
I have purchased eight new Hyundais and Geneseis from this dealership. Great people and great service department. Highly recommended!
We bought a Yamaha boat from them in 2015 and are not satisfied at all with it. The motor is not enough for the boat. You can not do much of any water sports behind it if you have more than 2 people in the boat. We have tried to upgrade threw Bradford for a bigger boat and they are not wanting to help us at all with a good deal. Our boat has only 70 hours and in perfect condition and they want to offer us 15,000 less than what we bought it for and its only 2 years old. The people are rude and not trying to help work with us at all. Also we know others with this boat having the same problems and trying to get help from Bradford and are not having any luck either. Yes in 2015 they were nice but once they got your buisness, they are done with you
There are no words to adequately express how impressed I am with Bradford Marine. As a former Finance Manager and Maintenance Manager at one of the largest Texas Marine businesses, I feel I am in the position to know quality service in about every area of a store. The Sales Team is superb, and I appreciate getting the best price first-- no dickering. I also received follow-up calls after the sale-- awesome! Thanks, Eric! As far as service, "John" is my go to guy! He works hard to please the customer, and I'm speaking from both watercraft and ATV and UTV's. In the past three years and being new to this state from NV, my wife and I have have purchased both and have utilized the Service Dept if needed-- no complaints whatsoever, but rather excellent outcomes! Thank you. Another area I in particular call upon regularly is Parts--lol! "Scott" is the guy to get what you want when you want it-- call him or just drop by if you want to chat it up-- great guys, all of them. The Store Manager, "Danny," is always accessible and reliable-- very friendly and eager to please the customer. So, if you need a great Marine Store in the Hot Springs area, I just solved your problem. Enjoy the awesome store with displays and the customer friendly atmosphere. I hate to write this but my experience was so bad I have to. First of all I will say the salesperson was wonderful. But the manager and service department is absolutely horrible! We bought a new car and was told there would be no hard inquiries because we were already approved by Toyota financial and that's who we wanted to finance through but I checked and we got 9 hard inquiries!!! It made my credit score go way down! And it was the fact the manager said they would NOT do that but did anyway. We were pressured by the manager not the salesman who was helping us to buy so I caved and did. I WAS happy to get a new car tho....but then they kept the car TWO freakin weeks to put in a part that should have taken ONE day! It took ALL the joy we had buying a new car from this place. I will NEVER buy a car from Orr Toyota again. They have really bad communication in the service department. In the end I got my new car but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
Took 7 months for them to submit a claim to the warranty company about our transmission. That whole time we were down to one vehicle. When we would call we would get the run around or no call back. We are done with them. Will never buy another car from them again.
