This shade tree business are full of greedy crooks. Dont buy anything grom them or you will regret it so much. The owner James can never be reached when needed and they will repo your vehicle at the drop of a hat no matter if you have an agreement. they will go behind your back and basicly steal it from under your nose and make it so you cannot get your vehicle back.
Will go out of their way to assist the customer, and we appreciated their courteous and super customer friendly staff. Took our daughter thereto assist her during a rough time, and they made the transaction very pleasant under the circumstances. We couldn't have asked for better people to deal with at Presidential. They do what they promise, and that's hard to find these days! Thanks to this company, our daughter is back up and running with a 3 yo and they played a big role in getting her financial issues corrected. She will never forget them, and we will recommend them to anyone in the area. Many selections to fit any budget, and if you need assistance down the road, they are there for you. Great place!

The buying process was nice. Other than that, the whole thing is terrible. This is a joke of a car lot. They sale people cars for double their worth and piece it together long enough for the warranty to run out. I've barely had my car a little over a year and it now needs a new radiator, head, AND motor. When I asked if I'd have to make a down payment on the service I was told no. I paid someone to drive it an hour and a half to the car lot and now they're saying I have to have 800 down just for them to start working on it. When I finally got fed up and told them I wanted to willfully surrender the car, they refused! They said they won't accept a willful turnover. It'll be like they had to come take it from me. I PAID SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO THEM! I hope someone from the company reads this review. Maybe something will get done finally.
Wow! Even though a few miles away, it was definitely worth the drive. Our son bought his Honda Accord there and now our daughter just purchase her Kia Spectra. We know from experience they are reliable and dependable vehicles. Gary and Chase really know their cars and have a wide variety to choose from. We even saw a Pantera on the lot.
