Typical used car salesman. Sold a friend of mine a Toyota Corolla that had the Check engine light disabled. Checked the car, after buying it, with a scan tool, and it needs about $2,000 worth of work. The car already cost my friend $3,000, which was over book-value, but he needed a car and had no other option. Also tried to tell me a truck he had "only had highway miles on it". He claims that he knew this because "the leather seats are in brand new condition". I looked at the seats, and he had blatantly just replaced the butt-portion of the seats with chinese vinyl. The color didn't even match the rest of the seat.Absolute crook.
