The technician came out and diagnosed the problem, explained the situation and how he was going to repair it so that I could understand what was going on. Being a single lady that helped since I dont know a thing about plumbing . I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me.

we called @ 3 pm,now it is 2 1/2 hours later and still no return phone call, so much for 60 min or less service....

Worst plumbing company I have used to date! I called this company to install a new hot water heater at one of my rental properties. They did not leave a receipt/invoice or new appliance paperwork when they installed it. I overlooked this since my charge served as a receipt and I could retrieve the manual from manufacturer. Several months later I learned they did not reconnect the water line for the refrigerator. I called them about it and they said that the company had "changed owners" and they needed to ask the new owner about it. They said they would have the new owner call me. I had to call them back several times and “new owner” never would talk to me. They told me that the new owner said it had been too long since the installation and would not come out to reconnect the water line. So I went to Lowe's and got the tools to do it myself. Then a couple of months later the hot water heater stopped working. I called them back to get warranty repair done. They then told me that they would not help me because they were not the company that installed it. They said that they only purchased the phone number from the previous company and not the customers. When I asked how they were able to pull up my invoice and all the details about the installation if they did not own the customers, they said that that information came with the phone systems. Now I was not born yesterday and they had previously told me that the company had a new owner. I proceeded to ask for their assistance since they were in fact a plumbing company and my hot water heater was still under warranty, but they refused to help me. I was shocked. So I called the manufacturer to find out who could do this service for me. They were also shocked with my story. They told me that any plumber could do the service that labor was covered under the warranty. I had to contact another plumber to repair the heater. I do not believe that owners changed with this company. I believe they had such poor reviews with BBB that they closed and reopened under a different name. Original name: Rooter Express of America. New name: Rooter Express Plumbing Services. No matter what really happened, these people lied to me several times and the worst service I have ever seen from a plumber. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!

The most professional and forthright company I have ever done business with. I have owned my home for 5 years and have never felt as vulnerable as I did when I realized my septic tank was backed up. I called a couple of places before finding Rooter Express. I couldn’t even get any of the other companies to give me a set rate, just starting prices which were already higher than what Rooter Express was advertising as their set rate right on their website. When the men arrived they were very professional. They discovered that the pump in my septic tank no longer worked and that both tanks were backed up. It was a catastrophe. I knew the septic system I had was more complicated than that of most others but nothing prepared me for this. Rooter Express didn’t leave my side. They knew the circumstances were way out of control and they worked with me to the end. When all was done, I researched and found that Rooter Express saved me hundreds of dollars. I am completely convinced that no other company could have offered me the courtesy and professionalism that Rooter Express did. I could never thank them enough.

After coming into town from Colorao on a family emergency, I was faced with no working plumbing due to a backed up septic system and two ill parents on a holiday AND after hours. From the dispatcher Stacey to Corey and Jeff who arrived at the house they all worked with me to fix everything and were so helpful and understanding. After a day of torandos they came out and were here until midnight in the rain and after the day I have had it is good to know that there are angels on earth. Thanks to Rooter Express and their outstanding staff......Susan

I Needed my septic tank pumped fast, I had sewage coming up in my yard. I called rooter express and they had someone out an hour later. They were able to pump it in no time at all and the guys who came out were friendly and courteous.

I have to say that i am happy to be doing business with Rooter Express. I started using them last year and just had them out here today to replace my water heater. They do a good job everytime and and I never pay too much.

I had a water leak come up all of a sudden in my living room ceiling and these guys were the only ones who could tell me right then that they could come out today. I called them about 2 hours ago and they just left and my problem is fixed... thanks

My bathroom shower was leaking all over the place and i could not get it to stop. I called so many plumbing companies and rooter express was the only company who would come out, Thanks to them my shower is no longer leaking anymore.

I couldn't be happier with this company. i needed a plumber today to fix my leak and I called Rooter Express and they came out today and fixed it today.

Not too many companies will come out the same day you need them to. I called Rooter Express and they did. I had a simple kitchen sink leak and I cant be home during the week and they came out on a saturday for me. I greatly appreciated there service for me today.

My septic tank was backing up in my yard. I called so many people and all i would get is we can call you back and let you know when we can get out there. The only company I could get to answer me right away was Rooter Express. They came out that day and pumped the tank for me that day!

I needed a plumber today nobody could come out to my home except for rooter express. Even though it turned out to be a minor water leak they still fixed it for me and didn't overcharge me since it was the weekend. THANK YOU

This is a great comapny all around. From customer service to the repairs made by the tech..... I was completly satisifed!

I was so upset when I called the office, the girls in the office were so nice to me, they were very understanding and were able to get me an apt time within my time schedule. Great customer service is important to me.

My waterline in my front yard busted and I needed someone to come out to help me. I called a few companies to give me some estimates to see what it was going to take to fix it. Rooter Express was the cheapest and they were able to run a temporary so my family could have water that night. The next morning thy were out there and replaced my waterline with no problems at all.

This company has technicians that know what they are doing and that don't overcharge!

My water heater exploded the other day and everyone I called said they could come out that day but they wanted over $1000.00 to replace my water heater. When Rooter Express came out they replaced it for me but didnt charge no where near what the other guys wanted. I would call them if you need a water heater replaced.

I had a leak in my living room ceiling and everyone i called could not come out till tomorrow. I called Rooter Express and they sent someone over right away and they fixed my problem asap.
