I'm from Philadelphia where there are plenty of great nail salons. I just moved to hatboro, I've been getting my nails done for 20 years I've been to so many places in my life good and bad.. so I definitely know the difference and I am picky. After searching for a nail salon that actually know what they are doing.. I tried 5 different nail salons in the area. I was no where near satisfied, I don't know how a nail technician can mess up a gel manicure...?! But it happened to me repeatedly. All of them were horrible. I was forced to keep driving out of my way to go to philly. Finally while driving I kept my eye out for a nail salon assuming it will probably be terrible too. I come across show nails. I pull in and try my luck I got a gel mani & pedi.. they did such and amazing job! Gel It lasted 3 weeks!!! pedi 4! Now, I go there once a month and I am a BEYOND satisfied customer. True story and I'm not the type to write reviews. However, this nail salon deserves more stars than I'm seeing. I'm 110% satisfied customer :)

The most hygienic nail salon I have ever visited. I was most impressed. They were easy to talk to and did an excellent job on my nails. Reasonably priced.
Horrible service. There is a first time for everything, I suppose ... I will never come back. I asked that my acrylics be soaked off, but the nail tech actually argued with me, saying "Almost no one asks to soak". I said, Look at how thin my nails are now, after you pulled the a acrylics off with those pliers. My nails are now paper thin" She didn't care. Then her assistant cut a Chuck out of my natural nail and had to file then all down to that short length. You can't even talk to these people because they don't listen. Her response to what she did was "You the customer. I do this 20 year". I'm going to finish my mani elsewhere. I can't begin to tell you how utterly incompetent these nail techs are. Do not come here. You will really regret it.
It's gorgeous inside, easy to schedule an appt at, and very clean, my stylist was also very nice. Why just two stars? I get pedis every 4 weeks and always use the same salon however they have been getting sloppy so when I received a voucher in the mail to try the new location of this salon I figured I had nothing to lose. I walk in and they take my hands and dip them in wax... I tried asking what we were doing but she couldn't communicate in English, now I can't text or check emails...exactly what I prefer to do as I unwind. I asked for a French with shorter nails and wider lines, I've recently had a baby and getting out is harder now! My stylist picked at my cuticles until they were raw! I am still sore and it's been nearly 2 weeks. My lines are wavy and uneven and worst of all my big toe had a HUGE air bubble that covered nearly half the nail! If I didn't have to rush home to a newborn I would have asked to have it fixed. However the icing on the cake was when as I was under the dryer I was told my fee was $7...ahhh the French upgrade! Now I always pay an extra $3 for this at MY salon but when a voucher is sent out it should state the French is extra this one did not. Needless to say I will never go back especially when they charge $15 more and the polish only lasts 10 days!
