I went for 1st time today...employees were nice, building was nice, wait time was ok, NP was great...only thing is my insurance only covered 30% of my bill..never had this anywhere else..i should have checked first..$190 for 2 shots...sinus cocktail and antibacterial shot..wow!

Never go to this place unless you feel like throwing away your money. They don't care about you first of all and they want you to agree with everything they say or else they will not service you.

I love this clinic!! They are all so great!! Every time I go in for any reason at all, they are able to help me. Dr. Zanoe takes his time and helps me, but I usually see Rachael. She is great!! She listens to me and does a great job helping me get better no matter what is wrong with me at the time. Thanks Rachael and Dr Zoney for all you do for me!

Dr. Zanone is THE BEST!! The NP named Rachel is awesome too. AGreed that his office staff is rude and quite frankly all of them combined have the personality of a goats ear. I go to Dr. Z all the time. I would highly suggest someone go visit his office. Just don't expect his office staff to be too polite.

No one should ever waste their time and money at SOUTHERN FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER. The nurses all THINK they are doctors. A nurse will treat you, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with treatment or diagnosis, SORRY CHARLIE. They take your money and refuse to treat you any longer. Of course, i tried to contact the so called Dr. Zanone and his inept staff, and my repeated calls go unanswered. Your medical problems go unresolved with about as much compassion as Dr. Kevorkian, and then you end up having to spend more money to a real doctor for proper treatment, and pay all over again. To me that shows that this Dr Zanone and his staff are more concerned with money, than the health and proper treatment of their patients. YOU HAVE HAD FAIR WARNING,STAY AWAY!!

I have been trying to get an answer from them for over a week. All they do is tell you to call back and they will take care of it later and nothing has been done. The are very rude I would tell you to go see a real doctor and not here

Dr. Zanone is the best doctor my husband and I have ever been to. He takes the time to listen.
