Briarwood Townhomes

The space is nice, but the bill for electricity is like 74 to 80 some in the summer, and in the winter is always 100 and more. The air conditioner sucks, its never fresh, you have to call the front office, and the lady sounds like she is always mad, in the winter the heaters dont warm up at all. We have lasted here cause my lives near by, and the space is really nice, they just rise the prices for rent but the air conditioner is so outdated and the heaters look like the havent done anything, we end up paying almost 1000 dlls with all and utilities, I use to live in the city and the utilities bill was really low but heater and air did work
