Horrible. I thought it was going to go well. The gentleman worked on my feet. I took my own polish. The man applied my polish with no base or top coat. When I asked about it, he said I do not need a top coat? No base coat was applied either. No hot towels. I can go to Venetian in Nashville and recieve and exceptional pedicure with the offer of water, soda, or wine, hot towels, and it lasts! I asked the manager about the top coat. The gentleman lied! I watched him. No clear top coat applied. Be warned! They want a check or cash. They have an ATM that did not work with my bank. So, I told them I would go retrieve cash. They wanted me to leave my driver's license! No WAY. That is illegal and unsafe. I went to my bank for cash. I did not tip. The gentleman who did my pedicure begrudgingly applied a top coat after I asked. I will NEVER go back. I will return to larger cities with better salons. I cannot find one in Hopkinsville. It is unfortunate as I like to support local business. Any Hopkinsville, KY suggestions welcome. I know there are great salons in Nashville and Evansville... I think Clarksville has options as well

My mom went here several times, but never again! They sent her to an employee who couldn't speak English, then insisted that Mom had agreed to a special deluxe treatment that cost quite a bit more. Unfortunately, Mom didn't realize until she had paid and was refused any type of refund or courtesy. Thy are very rude and inconsiderate of their customers.

Ask for Rose or the guy at the first table or your nails will not be what u asked for. They tend to do what THEY want on ur nails instead of what YOU asked for. I'm feed up with them this time!!
