Bought a VW jetta that he had worked on. First day it drove fine. 2nd day It started leaking antifreeze bad. so then me and my father looked at it and fixed what we could but no luck still leaked antifreeze. then when I was going to bring it to a actual VW mechanic that I trusted, the transmission went into safe mode and had to be towed. He had the wrong transmission fluid in it with caused it to malfunction and if I had driven it longer it would be shot, to top that he had the wrong antifreeze in it to begin with, which made me believe he knew about the leaks, and he was just topping it off with cheap green antifreeze. So $924 and a week and a half later I had a working car. Had the transmission fluid flushed and replaced, 2 coolant flanges, cut off valve for the turbo, thermostat and temp sensor replaced, a tow to a VW dealership and 4 jugs of antifreeze.
