Marshall Cab

It's really unfortunate that this is suppose to be the main cab service for our Soldiers. Everytime I request a cab from this company, I speak to some lousy experienced woman who has no clue of the buildings and numbers. I placed a request for a cab over an hour ago and I've called twice since and everytime I get the same response that somebody will come get you. This is not the first time that I have had to wait for over 30min- 1 hour.

Marshall charged me $65 to my house from Ft. Lee while Rainbow cab charged me $36. Are you Kidding me!

I am so appalled with the service I received from this company! I called at 0828 this morning wanting a cab for 1000. The dispatcher was Entirely disrespectful. I told her I did not want to spend my money with them because of how she was speaking to me. I hung up and called back to speak to the supervisor,Debbie. She was rude and unprofessional and attempted to argue with me. She stated I was yelling at her but I wasn't. She later yelled don't ever call back then! I have never been talked to in such an horrendous tone! My family ran an auto mechanic business for over 20 years and we never would talk to customers in that manner! Mr. Marshall needs to send his dispatchers and supervisor to customer service training as soon as possible. This is ridiculous. I am obviously not the only one with complaints about this company!

They never showed up to my pre-scheduled pick up time. I call them at 8 am to set a pick up time for 12:30 pm. They never called to let me know they would not make it on time. Horrible service and unreliable company. Missed my flight because of it.

This is one of the worst cab service I have EVER dealt with, they have NO respect for their customers! I called them two different time and waited 30 for them to come, called back and was told that the cab was on it's way; I waited an hour BOTH times and they NEVER showed! I wasn't called and informed that the cab wasn't coming or the reason that they never showed!!! The fare should be $5.00 instead of $8.00 because they are not giving good service.

I wouldn't even give them one star. The dispatcher is rude, the drivers are rude, and to top it off they will refuse you service for NO REASON. They will soon lose business by the way they are going. They lost my FREQUENT business with them. Just terrible. Every taxi company I have tried are much more professional than they are. Don't waste you're time or money on them, it's not worth it.

I called for a taxi ride Saturday 08/09/14 morning at 7:30am. The dispatcher hung up on me multiple times. She yelled at me because I didn't give her the correct information. How could I give her the correct information when she kept hanging up on me. I had to call back three times. I have never had a "professional" yell at me like she did. I'm only rating this a 1 because the taxi driver was so nice. I would never let someone work for my company that yelled at their customers like she yelled at me.

They run a crooked taxi company

I was ignored by several cab companies until I called this one. Quick pick up, good conversation,cheap and friendly.

I really don't even see why any site would want to allow this business to advertise. Then again, I suppose no one but us Hopewell citizens know of this company's terrible reputation. THEY ARE A DETRIMENT TO THE TAXI BUSINESS AS FAR AS I CAN SEE!



Most of their drivers are EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. And to add, they're usually (if not always) late picking up their customers. They are so late, in fact, that it isn't unlike Marshall's drivers to arrive several hours after customers have pestered them with phone calls wanting to know where in hell the cab is.



TERRIBLE BUSINESS. BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
