I have used Teft fuel for 13 years. They have always been courteous and prompt. I have NEVER had an issue. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for heating oil delivery

I have been using this company for the last 6 months since we moved. As in previous comments they have POOR customer service. Most recently I ordered oil, mistakenly left the house without leaving the check out. Knowing I did this I called within 15-20 minutes from leaving my house and no one answered. I called again, still no answer, and left a message saying that I would pay with my credit card since I had forgotten to leave the check. The haggard lady that called (2 hours after I left a message) said that the driver had already left about an hour ago. My PHONE number is listed on the pay slip, but the driver called the office instead. What a JOKE. She said they couldn't deliver again for another couple of days. I said ok, I will leave my payment as a check and if I could find someone else to delier the pil that I would call to cancel. I called again today after no one has shown for the first half of the day. She had completely cancelled my order and refuses to have the driver deliver my oil again! She said that it was my fault for not leaveing the check in the first place and took no responsibility at ALL for not calling me back for TWO HOURS, or why the driver decided to call the office instead of the cellphone number listed on the bill. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! They are unappreciative and in this economy that will CRUMBLE your business. Especially with Social Networking, everyone knows when you have a poor experience you tell EVERYONE! That's just what I will do too!
