Barrett's Service Center

Bought a husquvarna z 246 (zero turn) from Barretts.The belt broke with 9.4 hrs on it. Called Barretts, the kid told me to call husky because the belt wasn't covered under warranty. I told him they should call being as they were the dealer. The kid declined to call husky. I might's well have purchased from a big box store, same if not worse level of service, plus the Barrett kid was right down rude. I would recommend not to buy anything from Barretts. My buddy was headed over to buy a zturn, I just talked him out of buying from Barretts. Turns out the zturn was improperly inserviced pulleys misaligned.

Great repair at a fair price. Turnaround time was as promised. Will be back again...and again.

Gotta love honest family businesses.

if i could have used NO stars i would have,He clams uncompromising service yet i know he has no idea the meaning of that.He is always late for everything even to open his business which i have seen in person and with the phone to be whenever he gets around to it.NEVER ever does what he said he would do and thinks being on time is some sort of joke.My wifes niece was told by him she would have to wait one week,more than enough time for a simple tune up of her lawn mower and yet it was THREE weeks before he got around to having that job done for her.I have made many passed purchases from this individual { big ticket items}and yet he refuses to keep his word on anything,god help the person who brings in something purchased from elsewhere.
