Had been a loyal customer for years until today. During the recent cold snap, we had difficulty getting an oil delivery. Understandable that they were all busy. Dan's promised several different dates, but never showed up, then ultimately stopped returning phone calls when we tried to reschedule. Ended up getting a delivery from another company because we couldn't get a hold of Dan's. Called Dan's back today to explain what happened before and schedule a future delivery because we wanted to stay with Dan's. The "owner" said: "I don't care if you had to call someone else; this is the weirdest f...ing phone call!" The absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Since they don't care if you get your oil from someone else, I suggest you do that.
