It has been 4 months and I am still waiting for the to fix my refrigerator. Each attempt has taken at least 3 weeks. I have had three no-shows (after that you get to go to the back of the line. Maybe the fourth attempt scheduled for two weeks from now will be better.

I keep having the same issue with my SOLE treadmill; LS code. The controller was replaced and it started working for one day before stopping. Repairman came again and made an adjustment to a sensor. It worked again for one day, before completely stopping again. I wish someone could fix this issue; I believe the extended warranty/maintenance plan that I purchased is useless.

After waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment. He did show up. He was not happy about being here. He told me how long it took him to get here. I had 2 things for him to do. Refidg not draining and my window a/c. He took one look at the a/c unit and told me I just needed a new one. He did unclog the drain on the fridge and it was working. In the process of fixing the drain problem he had to unhook the ice maker. Well it did not work again after he left. I took out a hair dryer and got it working again. I do have a new appointment scheduled, but will cancel. Not to mention they were going to charge another $99.00 for the next visit!

Well, it took 4 visits from sears to get the correct parts to fix my refrigerator. On the 4th service call the original problem was fixed but miraculously the refrigerator quit cooling. On the 5th visit I was told that at the same time the technician left on the 4th visit. The mother board, fan motor and thermostat censor just happened to go out. Amazing at the untimely coincidence!!!! I think it's just a way to recoop the gas money they lost on the multiple visits!!!!
