        It's pretty sad when you cant answer the phone. I think the company has lost there ways on customer service and could care less of what customers think about it. Enough said.

        I have tried to call this store 3 times and each time I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. This is CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

        We bought a dishwasher at this store and the clerk simply lied to us. She told us that if we would pay the delivery charge they would deliver it to our house, take it out of the wrapping and take the trash and the old dishwasher out of the house for recycling.

        Well, when they delivered the machine they were going to deliver it to my front door step and that is all.

        I will never shop at best buy again.

        The selection at this location isn't as good as I've seen in other stores and the staff isn't always eager to help. I had to stand around in the computer section for 30 minutes before someone would help me.
