You will be greeted by our professional staff; if you have an appointment we will be anticipating guiding you through the process. Please always feel free to bring a friend or family member with you. After you have looked through our extensive collection you will try on your styles of choice in a private room. However, the process does not stop there. Our trained staff will discuss color, cut, fitting or thinning of the piece, anything for that look to match to your style perfectly. We will also advise you on home maintenance and care and make sure you know how to keep your perfect look. If you need to return for your fit and cut we can schedule that the day of your purchase. We are here before during and after your purchase. Questions from styling, care and even on repairs will always be answered. We carry over 40 brands of wigs and ever type from synthetic to human hair, from machine made to fully hand to the perfect custom piece if that is a direction you may need.We carry an assortment tapes, sleep caps, hats, shampoos, conditioners and Wig care items. Further the Owner Robert Cook is the only certified Wig Master to repair and customize your look. We are also a full service hair salon specializing in thin and damaged hair and to continue helping after any treatments to transistion from you wig back to your natural hair. Any of our master stylist will help you. WILL I FEEL COMFORTABLE AT YOUR SALON? - We understand the modesty involved in such a private purchase. We consider it a privilege to be a part of helping you acquire the hair replacement look you deserve. We are extremely professional in our manner and knowledge, further; we adhere to a strict code of sanitation at all times. WHEN SHOULD I NOT PURCHASE FROM THE INTERNET? - We often get customers who tried to save money this way and end up regretting it. There's many things involved in selecting the right wig and it is almost impossible to do this without a professional to help in the selection process. Then there is the fitting, styling and cutting to make it your own. WILL MY WIG COME OFF ACCIDENTALLY? - Proper fitting wigs and hair pieces generally do not come off accidentally, If this becomes a concern there are many methods from clips, special tapes or adhesives to insure that you will not get caught in a compromising situation with your wig or hair piece. WILL MY WIG BE COVERED BY INSURANCE? - This varies with each insurance company and your policy with that company. We suggest you notify your insurance company before coming to see us. Your doctor can write a prescription for a cranial prosthetic if your hair loss is medically related.
