The company doesn’t carry itself like a professional outfit. The Paet family seems to care more about helping out their own friends that they hire for upkeep and maintenance than their clients. I wish I never worked with them.
We were there in February 2017. Great large rooms. Little balcony. Wife loved the soaps. About 125 yards from the beach. Both public and private/tour buses come right by. Great shopping in the area. Nate Jackson, the expedia expert in the lobby is great and will work with you tirelessly. Fine pool and workout room. Right near an ABC store where you can get food and beverages and stuff you might need. I stupidly left my in room safe open with electronics, camera, cash, passports, and the cleaning person didn't take anything and neither did anyone else so we are very thankful to Josie. Good wifi. Great breakfast with a carb everyday (like french toast) a meat every day, fruit every day, an oatmeal station, small pastries or muffins, four cereals, toasting station, yogurt, juices, milk, tea/coffee, water, and some sort of Japanese soup station I didn't really understand. It can get crowded at breakfast. If you are with someone somebody should get a seat first. If it rains it will be even more crowded, but you can bring things back to your room. Nice fridge. Great tv situation. Tons of staff. The elevators take forever.
Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless, electronic "help."It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support.Power Investors deserve the highest rating possible for being helpful and friendly.
Honesty is the best policy when it comes to condo mgmnt. Unfortunately, abusing funds and disrespectful to owner rightful requests is the norm. If looking for a small mgmnt co to manage your bldg, do consider Helen and Dale.
There are different towers to stay in but the one we were in was great. They have a wonderful lagoon, lots of amenities on site and close enough to walk to tons of shopping
Greetings all, I was read the reviews and did not expect them to be true. I lived at the Keeaumoku units that where managed by Marcie. Communication is key, During my stay everything was fine, residence wasn't being taken care, exterior was always dirty, they never cleaned adequately they just blew things away and hoped water would make it look clean. They tore down Great trees that provided so much shade in the evening, poor management decisions the list keeps going. Marcie was difficult to get a hold of. Email seem to work fairly well. We moved in the resident manager was just whipping down the unit and unit was messy i had to clean the entire unit before i moved in. The bathroom shower was awful mold everywhere, caulking over caulking to try to cover it up. took me months to clean. laundry mat steals your money, and its a hassle to work with the laundry company they hired. Unit was affordable so we put up with it. At the end, there was issues, Marcie avoided all of my responses, and she stole most of my security deposit. Very sad when landlords take advantage of you. she charged me for routine tasks that are landlords responsibility. From the looks of there corporation they need the money, they stole ours so they can continue to make money. To top it off the security deposit check was written with a miss-spelled last name. Afters years of paying your rent on time and you do your part, simply just dont expect anything back from these this realty management. Bad business should never be rewarded.
They sold us our rental. Great company. Way different than the main land. Our agent wasn't pushy and there was a team feel not a one man commissioned situation.
This is a massive resort (good for conferences, business trips, etc), but it's also really nice and I never felt like it was too crowded with people. The location can't be beat ... you're right on Waikiki beach. Stunning.
My husband and I took our family on our first trip to Hawaii a few months ago. We also took my mom and grandmother. The check in process was easy and the staff was great. Because we were traveling with kids they have us a bigger room. The view out the lobby is straight to a gorgeous oil and father to the ocean. It was in walking distance to loss of shops and food places. As a first trip for my family this hotel was the best choice.
Love it here. The beach is clean as it can be and the resort is amazing. There are many restaurants with a variety of options. The rooms were well taken care of and real clean. I'll be back
