Personally, the DEA are doing a bang up job. What they need to do along with the FDA is stick to keeping us safe. Not making decisions that effect the health and quality of life for the people in pain. I did not ask for cancer. I along with many others did not ask to be sick or injured. The DEA & FDA took it upon themselves to take away our quality of life. You have made it a nightmare to fill prescriptions for pain medication because others made a decision to abuse it. Did you people even consider another way? Why do people that were unfortunate to be ill now have more run the gautlet for pain relief. Here is an idea, Everyone that has Cancer, Cronic Pain and will be needing a controlled drug to be required to sign a contract with the one doctor and the one pharmacy that will be writing and filling their medication and they can not get or fill anywhere else. We are a small state, anything is possible. Keep to your real duties. Keep illegal drugs out and stop sticking your noses in things that effect the unfortunate, the sick and the injured. If a member of your family or even you, were to need pain medication how would you feel if they or you could not get it. Too bad the bunch of you are not elected in cause you all would be out.Have a pain free day.
I've been in my apt. For 19 years for which Hawaiian Properties has managed for about 16 years. During all those years I've never had a problem with them at all. My needs were always addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
They don't care about you only your money.. They are never in the office when you need them.. You are on there time.. Think about it before you try calling them
I don't know if you'd call my experience with KMJ Realty a bad one, since it was hardly an experience at all...reason being was that their agent David Uyehara failed to make it to the showing we had scheduled. Not only did he not show up, but he also did not answer or return my multiple calls and voice message. In a way, I feel like I dodged a bullet on potentially renting from this apparently unprofessional company. So for anyone who runs across a KMJ Realty ad on Craigslist, and especially if the contact is David Uyehara...consider yourself warned.
Management of their services are the worst! It's hard to get a hold of them and when you do, they always try to find an excuse to not attend your needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Just got off the phone with with them after calling about a rental listing in Makiki. I have no idea what is wrong with the woman (and I am using this term politely) who answered, but I'm not sure how asking about available listings led me to her snapping, "You don't have to be so arrogant!" (This was after me clarifying that it didn't have to be a 2 bedroom apartment) I've lived in parts of the Mainland before, but this is Hawaii. What happened to the Aloha Spirit or just plain old good customer service? If you treat your customers this way, good luck staying in business. Maybe this woman was menopausal or having a bad day or something, but STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. 4 1 star reviews don't lie, and quite frankly, I would give them 0 stars if I could. BEWARE.
I don't know where to even start. Homophobic and sexist remarks are made at board meetings to residents and board members who complain. When the actual company Hawaiian Properties ltd was informed of (un)professional behavioral problems they took the side of their employees with no questions asked even though they know there is a history of problems here reported by different groups of residents. Complaints are NOT taken care of and residents and minority board members are bullied and I feel, harassed. There has been drug use and drinking/partying in common areas, when a group of residents complained at a board meeting they were laughed at and taunted by the property manger while the resident manager played ignorant. The building has ant problems and resident problems (serious noise issues, parking in others spots, general lack of rule enforcement) are ignored to the point where physical and verbal conflict is not unheard of. They create ghettos, not communities. PLEASE look at other management companies and read the review below from 2010, this is not an isolated incident.If you are having a similar situation in a building managed by them please feel free to contact me. A group of us have started communicating and it has proved to be very helpful.
They are a bunch of crooks! They lost payments made by money order and forced me to pay again. One payment was made by check, and they HAD to accept their error, but were snippy and condescending about it. Worst of all, after a tenancy of over 15 years, everything should have been replaced. Our family spent over 200 hours cleaning, repainting, scrubbing. We set off a bug bomb, and the inspector came early and saw a dead cockroach. He said they were going to charge us a CLEANING fee, although all cabinets and fixtures and flooring were going to be thrown out and replaced. If I could give a minus star, I would.
Any property managed by Newtown Realty must be aware.First of all, the owner does not intend to manage but make money and only money.If you ask anything to be replaced, the only answer you'll get is No or move out.She literally told me to move out after I politely asked her to replace a cabinet that didn't open.I am happy to be out of their apartment.
