Fermahins was to repair rear fender, bumper, and replace taillight. After bringing car home, noticed that body kit adhesive wasn’t adhering, a clip screw which attaches bumpers edge was missing, rear spoiler lifted on both sides, repaired edge of fender was protruding and sharp with dent still visible, finish to bumper was rough, uneven, and blotchy with particles that had dried in clear-coating. There was heavy condensation inside both headlights with large dried up water marks that never before existed, and a foot long scratch to front bumper with palm-sized dents below. Further inspection showed cracks to both headlights, headlights were pushed up against both fenders; area behind license plate frame was wiped clean with two deep symmetrical 1/4" holes. Previous rock chips to bumper had also been obviously clear-coated over and masking-off marks on grill now existed.Confronting the owner and the owners' son, separately, on two different visits to Fermahin's Auto Body Shop, both profusely denied touching the front of my car. The owner Donnie, and his son Brandon, denied any damage and any attempts to cover up damage to front bumper. No apologies were made; both were very defensive and claimed that my headlights were 'old' and thus the condensation problem. Aside from the fact that one headlight had been newly replaced several years prior. Both did admit to leaving car parked on the street, in the industrial area for unknown durations. Brandon made no attempts to acknowledge any front end damage/cover-ups.Brandon reluctantly agreed to fix parts of the rear end job admitting that it was not done well. Yet, no priority would be placed to rush the repair or accommodate us, as another week was needed and their loaner cars were all ‘out’. Yet Brandon rudely stated that my husband and I were ‘liable for any damages’ to their loaner vehicle, implying that my husband and I would maliciously try and damage their loaner vehicle.
They promptly replaced the right wheel mud guard that was pulled out causing it to scrap against my wheel.

This place is BAD news for your car. They will empty your cars anti-freeze fluid; bone dry(empty). And you gave it to them full with anti-freeze. They give you back your car that way;empty. Very Liar, Deceitful business owners. They don't even give you paperwork when you drop off your car. They keep your car then call you in a couple of days telling you they are not going to fix it(because they broke it worst than when you gave it to them and they do it intentionally for no reason; you are a stranger to them). Don't even tell you what is wrong/diagnosis. This business should be investigated by the DCCA of our state to see all the illegal things they are doing. And damaging consumers property. That wife Gilda is a black hearted person. She doesn't know how to talk and treat people. One day someone; a stranger will knock her out.
I was referred to all Trans from a mechanic and other motor head friends after a few nightmare experiences with two ford dealers. I was on my last nerve when I got to Jen in the office , she was polite , efficient and professional. When Michael put my truck on the computer he found multiple codes left by the ford dealers mechanics. Michael reset the computer and said " drive it until the light comes back on and we'll see what is really wrong , I don't want fix anything that is not wrong ". After being through the dealership wringer that statement was like a breath of fresh air and I was at ease about my truck , which is also how I earn my living , for the first time in weeks. When I picked my truck up Michael told to call if anything was funny or it did not seem right. There was some funny shifting so I called and he said bring it back . I did and he diagnosed it for free and we talked about what happen , he suggested a routine maintenance solution that cost me $11 dollars and profited him nothing except earning him another grateful customer and a solid reference to anyone with transmission problems. Right on All Trans !
After 9 months of sitting in front of my house I decided to fix my old 2000 Honda Accord Coupe V6 so my nephew can use it to drive to school and work. I call Jen and she was great in giving me information in what would be require to get the car up and running again. I describe the problem to her and over the phone she gave me a quote and a time frame when the work would be completed.Not only was the job done in only a few days, it came very close to the projected quote. I'm also really glad to know that with the repairs, the work is guarantee for one year/12,000 miles.(The car also had a problem with a sticky gas petal and they fix that with no charge.) The shop is very clean and pretty easy to find. Jen was super nice and even let me pick up the car after shop hours.Mahalo Jen and the mechanics at All Trans for doing such a great job!!
I recently brought in my manual Acura TSX to get an estimate thinking that I had problems with my syncros or clutch because I was having a hard time getting into gear. To make a long story short, I brought my car down on three different times to narrow down the problem with my car. We finally figured out that there wasn't enough "play" in the peddle. Mike is very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Customer Service here is A+.
