terrible, dangerous

This is the WORST dive shop I have ever dealt with. I signed up for a series of dives along with my wife, who is new to scuba diving. They first bring us to a 100ft dive site, could be dangerous for new divers, followed by a shallower dive site. For the remaining dives (that we already paid for) the owner refused to bring us to shallow dives...he said that it is "his boat and he does not decide where it goes until he is on the water." I was very flexible on dates and just asked that he tell me when he was going to the shallow dives, but he refused and wanted me to just do the dive no matter where it was going... even though it could me that my wife must go to a 100ft dive site as a beginner. I ended up going with another dive shop and losing all of the money that I already paid. I would rather go with any other dive shop on the island rather than deal with this place again.
