Noelani Elementary School, established in 1962 and located in Honululu, has more than 500 students and six buildings. It offers various subjects in its curriculum, including science, mathematics, social studies, computers, and physical and health education. The subjects are offered to students in grades kindergarten through six. The public school provides project-based learning to the students and has a comprehensive student support system to ensure that all students receive appropriate services and participation in all programs. It has partnerships with various organizations, including the University of Hawaii Outreach Program, Grace Pacific Paving Company, and Moanalua Gardens Foundation. It also has partnerships with Manoa Valley Theater, Hawaii Shotokan Karate, Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops, and the Lions International Clubs. The school conducts various fairs and events, including kindergarten coffee hour, open house meetings, and grandparents luncheon, art show, book fairs, and craft fairs. The institution is affiliated to the Hawaii Department of Education.
